like most people nowadays you tend to read reviews before booking your holiday I read some of the reviews for this hotel and thought have I made a mistake well simple answer no
the staff was always friendly to us rooms where fine cleaned daily fresh towels if I had one gripe it would be they never had gravy at meal times but overall was more than happy and If you ask her indoors I am a funny git where food and service are concerned I will be the first in the queue to complain there is only one thing I will agree with on some of the comments on the evening there sometimes was not enough staff behind the bar but didn't really bother me as I am not a big drinker

Room Tip: rooms with sea view 3rd floor ideal also get sun there till it goes down

not bad... there is some minuses, but is hotel for 2,5 stars what to expect. we had all inclusive and that is the best.. suggesting to all take all inclusive. main pool stinks from canalisation. food is poor, no seafood, pork chips chicken. rooms big , every second day housekeeping cleaning. stuff friendly. at night u could here everyone who was passing our room. there is wi-fi but u have to pay 10 euro per 3 days , connection really poor...just working outside the room( pool area). close to the sea. :)

Myself & my Partner stayed at Las Piramides 14th -21st June 2013 on the second floor over looking the main Pool. We found the Hotel to be very clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful yes the food was pretty much the same everyday but it was well cooked. The entertainment in the hotel was a bit scarce but that didnt bother us too much because we went out of the hotel alot anyway . The only real gripe we have is with the other holiday makers who were too bone idle to put their cups in the bins provided in the main Pool area. That Poor cleaner had to pick all those cups up at the end of everyday. I know people are there to relax but for gods sake don't turn into complete slobs it's embarassing. Also the same people hog the sun loungers everyday and the rooms do need air con but all in all we did enjoy our stay.

I don't have may complaints about the hotel. As the hotel was really clean, no bugs, lovely pool and nice balcony! It's not far at all from the Veronica's strip or other clubs and there are many good restaurants and British pubs nearby! Breakfast in the hotel was beautiful the dinner and lunch was ok. Perfect for an 18 - 30s holiday as the doors are open all night long and beer available till late! However ye service by the two small black haired ladies who worked behind the bar through the day and night were dreadfully miserable people service without the smile like they really didn't want you there and exceptionally rude! The other people who worked in the hotel were great! I would stay again hopefully the two sour faces have a smile next time!

First Impression on Las Piramides- All inclusive for 3 people was a reasonable price. Until I read a few reviews and it didn't sound too good. Unfortunately upon Arrival us 2 women and a young girl had to carry our cases ourselves weighing 20kg up 4 flights of stairs...we were glad a man was showing us to our room until he actually handed us our door key..and told us we were on the second floor which in actual fact we were on the fourth..(more weight and more steps). All inclusive ends at 11pm. (never heard of it in my life). 2 drinks to a person in the bar..i went to purchase a drink for myself, my sister in law and niece and got told it couldn't be done without them being present at the counter..yet!-the previous day I was allowed to purchase four. Rooms- i thought it was a hotel? Not apartments? 3 glasses and 3 cups that was all.. no coffee or tea and even water considering we paid full price for all inclusive. No air conditioning throughout this terribly hot weather. Shower was reasonable other than the fact a bigger person wouldn't find it easy to move around properly inside it. Floor is dangerous when the floor is wet at any times! So I warn you, that you place a towel on the floor ready to walk onto when finishing your shower. It was unclean I have to admit. Food was lovely! Great variety. No entertainment what so ever really. Staff aren't particularly welcoming or kind. On the website we were offered sea view- you can't see the sea from las piramides!!!!!!!!! I won't
complain about the noise because it's normal that youngsters have a drink and come back late..but that's why I wouldn't reccomend it to people with children. Balcony door didn't close. Metal headboard fell on me during the night..so I'd reccomend you move it if you stay..as they are unattatched! TV had to be paid for..although we didn't want to use it. Some drinks had to be paid for. Room hadn't been cleaned ONCE just towels replaced. Tight duration times for meals. I will be honest that I am never ungrateful for anything and I believe you get what you pay for..but in this case I disagree. Now- for youngsters visiting for a holiday of boozing and laughs I highly recommend the hotel to you all. It's a brilliant place for youngsters to stay. But if your looking for a break from your job etc. Don't visit Las Piramides also if your not very good on your legs with walking for long amounts of times but enjoy going to the beach and right into town and bars..this isn't the area for you. I didn't dislike the hotel..but wasn't pleased with the price I paid for it. 5/10
