Just returned from H10 Las Palmeras. First time here and found it to be a great Hotel, we had a problem with the room we were allocated on the 9th Floor but on reporting it to the reception the next morning we were allocated a different room. The reception staff treated our complaint in an excellent and courteous manner and we received a written apology from the hotel management.

We found all the staff in the hotel very friendly and the hotel and rooms were spotless.

The Italian restaurant next to the main restaurant is well worth booking (one visit allowed at no extra charge if you are on all inclusive. The hotel is in a very good location with very pleasant walks in both directions along the sea front.

The Irish Corner next to the hotel was bouncing on St Patrick's Day

Hi just returned from holiday in March we stayed at the H10 Las Palmeras . Great location, friendly staff, really good buffet food well presented and always spotlessly clean. We had a good room with sunny balcony. Housekeeping was excellent. Two verysmall issues were dealth with immediately. We would definitely reccommend a stay here.

My wife and i went for our 25 anniversary for a week Al /Inc end of Feb and had a great time in the hotel /great location and ideal for walks along front to cristianos or to adeje /rooms cleaned daily ,strange toilet door /glass with no lock and opened both ways /for disabled possibly? was not offered an upgrade as requested on pre booking /but did not ask at reception /you dont ask you dont get /only down side /room small on 8th floor but adequate /view over hills on ,nice in morning if sun was out but unfortunately that was not the case most of the week
Pool area was nicely laid out and loads of beds /not sure how many avaiable if weather had been half decent/tightly packed together
Food excellent /plenty of choice and liked the idea of fresh food prepared in open restaurant busier 2nd part of week maybe due to horrendous weather and no one wanting to venture out
All staff very friendly /girl in entertainment Laura i think, thanks again for getting us up to dance every time you saw us ,All bar staff excellent /banter superb as were the large vodkas /two bald gents behind bar a huge cheers /would recommend and will return at somepoint in the future

Room Tip: Ask for upgrade /high level and see view and a suite it avaiable

Just spent a week all inclusive and happy with most aspects of hotel. Very clean, both inside and pool areas. Food fine, could always find lots to choose from, restarant sometimes felt a bit like a school canteen due to numbers of guests but staff always lovely and helpful. Try to get a table at side of room or outside for breakfast and lunch, more pleasant. First room,201 noisy as over entertainment venue, asked to move on 3rd night and reception very helpful. Had a 5th floor room towards fire escape which was a great improvement. The area itself a cultural desert but was as expected, within the hotel it was usually a peaceful oasis.

Room Tip: Upper floor, seaview, worth the extra

This hotel was clean and had friendly staff. Close enough to walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Only 5 euros for taxi to Costa Adeje and Puerto Colon. We went on half board basis and I must say the selection of food at every meal was exceptional. We ate out on two nights so had breakfast and lunch instead of breakfast and evening meal. My only complaints, and they are very small ones, are that the rooms are quite small with hard beds and the bathrooms dated and poorly lit. We went in March for some winter sun and the weather did not disappoint however it took a bit of searching at the pool for free sun beds. In saying that the pool and gardens were well kept and had a very vigilant life guard.

We spent a lovely holiday at Las Palmeras in February and having read some negative reviews of the staff felt I should write and say how pleasant they were, not just to us but having seen them dealing with guests at reception with everyone.
We went 3 days before our daughter and family, they had booked 2 ajoining rooms as there children were age 15, 11, and 4, however when they arrived there wasn't a ajoining room available but the girl on reception said there would be one the following day, as you can imagine they wasn't very pleased, the receptionist was very apologetic and suggested they looked at a bungalow, which although called a bungalow had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and a lounge , kitchen and shower room downstairs, our daughter and son- in- law found it perfect for the family and were pleased that it had been offered to them, one of the bedrooms upstairs had a balcony overlooking the pool area and down stairs were patio doors leading out to a small garden.
The food was very good lots of choice, and because there was 7 of us we had to wait till they arranged a table for us all, but the staff were very attentive and were shown to our table very quickly.
The only problem we have to complain about was the entertainment area, there was a disco for the little children from 8-00 till 8-30 and a lot of the guests put there cardigans on the front rows to save the seats so obviously the parents of the children dancing had to stand up to watch there children which we thought was very thoughtless of the guests, the same has to be said about the childrens pool, why would guests without children want to sit round the pool when there were lots of sunbeds in different areas away from the pool.
Apart from this we had an enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend it.

Room Tip: sea view a must. Wonderful sitting on the balcony with a G and T and watching the sun set over the s...
