We stayed in the Villa Corte hotel attached so it was just a matter of slipping of our sun bed into the Beach club without moving out of the sun. The staff are very friendly and efficient. you can watch people walking by along the promenade. Food is typical lunchtime food i.e. sandwiches, spaghetti, paella etc but is good. Eventhough it is part of a 5 star hotel the prices are very reasonable. service sometimes can be slow but hey you are on holiday so does it really matter. Non hotel guests are allowed to use this restaurant. You do not have to eat, go there for coffe or drinks. Sangria is very nice there.

The only reasons for an average review are the lack of staff as you don't get served (it can take 10 min. Or more) quickly. Only one person doing everything & it fills up around 17.45 when everybody arrives for their evening sunset drink. And they have sudden shutdowns - no sign saying so. Drinks are very varied but on the expensive side, though the ambience is great & and the overworked waiter very pleasant & trying very hard to please.

We ate lunch here every day apart from day one. The portions are enormous and the food quality was excellent. The manager David, was very dynamic, naturally friendly and very helpful. He is confident to recommend both dishes and drinks when one is dithering! Could not fault any aspect. The paella was especially good!
