We booked for our family holiday and arrived on the 11th July 2018. We arrived at the hotel to be booked in at 22.30 at the earliest bearing in mind there is myself, my partner and my six year old daughter. We got to our room in tower A to find three single beds shoved together so there is no room to swing a cat, when we booked the holiday we were informed this was a standard room. We are now effectively sharing a bed with our 6 year old daughter for a week. When we asked to be moved to a slightly bigger room that was quieter, as we were kept awake until 04.00 in the morning with the music from neighbouring bars, we were refused as all rooms are the same and we were already in a quieter room. Having read reviews on here it appears that block B is the quiet block, not A which we are in.
The next day we decided to go and relax by the pool and were unable to get a drink. As we weren't all inclusive at no point did anyone take the time to explain that the bars accept debit/credit cards, there are signs everywhere saying no cash payment, only at 7pm we found out we could leave cash at reception to pay for drinks.
The only good point about this hotel is that all members of staff are friendly and Moy the children's entertainer went that bit further to make my stepdaughter feel more comfortable in the children's club. But in my opinion this is NOT a 4 star hotel.

We booked this hotel at the beginning of this year for myself and my partner, both early 20's. A 10 day stay from 1st Jul - 11th.

Overall, we were fairly happy with the hotel, considering we didn't realize we were so close to the strip until weeks before. I emailed the hotel requesting we were on the further side of the strip as the reviews said it was very noisy, they had accommodated for us and put us on the far end, there was no noise from the strip at all.

Good and bad points:

Good -
- The balcony's are a decent size (we were on the corner and it was massive)
- The beds and pillows are really comfy
- It is very very clean
- Amazing entertainment in the day time for both children and adults - whilst we were there the pool entertainment hosted a 'pool' party where the was a live DJ, foam in the pool, lots of floats etc however both adults and children joined in on this.
- Taxi rank is right outside the hotel.
- 6 Euros to Siam Park
- 25 Euros to the Tenerife South Airport
- 2 Pools, one which is quiet and shallow, mainly for children and the other which was deep on end, shallow the other, mainly where the adults were.
- English Music playing all day with speakers.
- The pool backs onto the Sea, its beautiful!
- The pool allows floats/ lilo's.. i was surprised as a lot of hotels i've been to doesn't allow you to bring things for the pool

Bad points:
- We stayed as bed and breakfast, the breakfast was very basic and the bacon and sausages were tasteless.
- The pool bar doesn't take cash, you either pay with card or go to reception and 'top up' your room with money - we found this really frustrating.
- The location of the hotel - although this isn't anyone's fault, the entrance weren't very nice. To get to the hotel you either have to walk pretty much through a restaurant then down lots of steps, or go in from the strip and down lots of steps or go down the ramp which there is no cars and risk being hit by a car
- Half of the main pool is in the shade until around 12PM.
- The hotel states clearly on the leaflet when you arrive that you cannot reserve sun loungers, the first morning we were there, we didnt reserve sun loungers however turned out everyone did so we didnt have a very good spot. From then on, we went down at around 9AM every morning and got a very good spot each day.
- The first 5 days, we had a young group of men next door to us, who were shouting on their balcony until 5/ 6 AM in the morning
- The hotel had a few hen/ stag do's. (im not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing)
- The room was very basic and did need updating however it was everything we needed.

Overall, we were quite impressed with the hotel for the price we paid. It was located in a good place with restaurants, bars, drag show, mini golf all around. This hotel would be perfect for the stags/ hens/ couples/ groups and families. They cater for everyone.

Room tip: If you want a quieter room, email them before your stay and request to be on the far side of the strip.

Good hotel and really enjoyed our stay there. The location of the hotel has its pros and cons.
Pros:- It's very close to the beach, 'Las Playas Americas' is less than 5 mins walk away. The hotel is situation next to plenty of restaurants, stores, mini golf, escape room etc all within a 15min walk. The hotel also has its own supermarket attached. It's also situated next to a street of nightclubs and the hotel itself provides evening entertainment.
Cons:- The hotel provides evening entertainment every single night, and the walls and windows were so thin that it was very noise and could not sleep until it finishes at midnight! I really did not sleep well over the noise. Another con (not related to location) is that there weren't any sockets in the room other than the TV socket (which we had to unplug and use).
Otherwise, friendly staff, good breakfast, two pools and on the whole good.

I stayed here end of June with a friend and we couldn't fault the hotel. The location is brilliant with the beach just outside the back of the hotel and right in the middle of the playa nightlife, we had a sea view and saw all the strip however the noise from the clubs did not bother us. The hotel entertainment was brilliant and kept us entertained until we hit the strip.

We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast option was huge and honestly one of the best ranges of breakfasts to choose from I have ever had at a hotel that provides a buffet. The cocktails were lovely and always so easy to get a drink at the bar.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
