Just returned from a girle trip with 4 friends for a 3 night break. We had booked Santiago III or IV but had been put in IV. The room was upgrade from a 2 bedroom to 3 and we were given the room on the 5th floor in the end tower. The balcony and views were fantastic. The apartment itself was a little dated but couldnt fault cleanliness and overall appearance of the rest of the hotel and pool area. Plenty of places to eat, reasonably priced. Most places seemed to close around midnight but we are no longer spring chicks so it suited us fine. Cant wait to go back already looking to book for next year. Highly recommended.

My friend and I have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at Parque Santiago IV. The appartment was absolutely lovely set on two floors with a large patio and balcony upstairs. The staff both in reception and at the pool Cafe were very friendly and very helpful.

Everything is kept so very clean - the appartment was cleaned daily with clean towels and bed linen every day. We are in the process of booking again for next year and can highly recommend Parque Santiago IV.

Room Tip: Book early to avoid disappointment ! Rooms on the south side with an ocean view are nice and quiet.

Apartments very clean, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily.
Cost for a safe is 20 euros for the week with a 10 euro refundable deposit. There is no hairdryer in the room, you can hire them for 14 euros with again a 10 euro refundable deposit.
All english channels available on the TV in your room. The balcanies are very large and the ones over looking the pools and gardens are lovely.
The two pools are stunning, very clean and loads of sunbeds, you can also use Parque Santiago 3 which is next door and has a lovely childrens waterpark
Pool restaurant is lovely and does good snack lunches, seating area around restaurant is lovely with plenty of large comfy chairs and beds
Tenerife its self is expensive but there are some lovely restaurants in the Safari Centre
All in all one of the best holidays ive been on, definately going back next year, cant wait

Room Tip: Choose a room overlooking the pool

These self catering apartments are fantastic value, clean, well looked after and very friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned every day which is good for self catering accommodation. The Monkey Bar is a great place to go for cocktails it's very chilled out.

We had a lovely stay here- been twice now. The complex is massive but they keep it so well, very clean and tidy. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spotless and cleaned daily, bathroom was slightly dated. The rooms could also do with aircon. The facilities are really good, there are 2 very large swimming pools which are great. There is also a small water park for children and a gym if you are keen enough to exercise on holiday. We never ate here as it is rather pricey so I can't comment on the food. However one negative is that when ordering drinks at the bar the service is very slow and they are expensive. We got 2 bottles of water and 2 ice creams and it was 13 Euros! Sun beds were also a bit of an issue although not the hotels fault, there are plenty of sun loungers for the amount of guests yet people felt the need to but their towels out the night before, the hotel did send around a memo to say that this would not be tolerated.
The complex is in a great location for shops, bars and the beach.

Room Tip: Rooms with a pool and beach view are the best.

Yearly visit in September back to Parque Santiago IV and faultless as ever. Asked for garden studio for easy access to beautiful pool area and wonderful reception staff obliged. On arrival we were given wine, basket of fruit and bird of paradise flowers which was a lovely touch. Room was kept spotlessly clean each day and the girls were so pleasant while they worked. Only problem with rooms are they do get hot due as no air con although fans help. Sam and Oliver made our daily afternoon visit to the bar a must. They work so hard and always have smiles for you and make guests feel special, really fantastic guys. We enjoyed a few snacks in the pool bar during the day which were good. No problem finding a sun bed and brolly for shade. Pool and area is well looked after and we watched the sun beds being scrubbed clean one morning, amazing. Great location as there are many great restaurants, bars, shops, etc and a beautiful coast line to stroll along all within easy walking distance. A million thanks to all at Parque Santiago for such a wonderful holiday experience!

Room Tip: Higher floors overlooking pool and sea must have amazing views but garden rooms have a lovely homely...
