“Excellent stay !”
Reviewed April 28, 2013 via mobile

Me and my family recently stayed in this hotel 21st April. Was an excellent stay. We arrived by transfer by the coach at parque Santiago 3 and told we were in 4 so we had to wheel our cases along but wasn't far. We arrived at our hotel to find our rooms were not quite ready so we got given 4 free drinks at the pool bar. We got into our room after 30 mins to find out our room over looked a street where they brought bins in on a morning so we asked if there was another room available. Anyways there was the next day l. And it was a lovely room over looking the pool. The cleanliness was second to none ! Maids round every day with fresh bedding and towels. Over all lovely hotel clean with huge pool. Would definitely stay again

Stayed at the Parque 3 for 11 nights in april and great value for what we paid. We were given a one bedroomed apartment above the pool which had a double balcony which had the sun all afternoon. The apartment was huge with a fully functional kitchen ( never used other than making tea ) and sat tv with a good choice of channels including sky sports. The complex is right on the beach within walking distance for Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje. Also situated in the middle of the golden mile with all the designer shops and some fabulous places to eat. Had a great holiday and planning to return at Christmas.

Stayed at Parque Santiago iv and enjoyed most aspects of the hotel. There was a large group of us with kids and the facilities for the children were excellent. The central feature, is the the water slide area of course and they all really loved it. Just one word of warning is the wooden floor that surrounds this area. In my opinion, it is really dangerous - most of the children in our group slipped on it and it was a miracle that nobody got hurt. I really think that the hotel should consider changing the surface of it to something more suitable. Apart from this. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are a family with kids, particularly the location. You are right in the middle of a great area of shops and restaurants, with a great supermarket opposite the hotel.

As annual visitors to Tenerife, this was our second stay at one of the Parque Santiago complexes, having previously stayed at Parque Santiago III. The location of both of these complexes is fantastic, being right on the beach-side path that runs all the way from Playa de las Americas to Los Christianos. A short walk in either direction takes you to some lovely restaurants and bars - we personally recommend DaCappo in LC and Cappucino towards PdlA.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment from our booked one bedroom which was a pleasant suprise, however the not-so-pleasant outcome was that as we were near the service entrance for the complex we were woken at 6am or earlier every morning by the laundry carts, large delivery trucks and shouting from the staff. No lie-ins on holiday for us! The complex was full so we had to stay put.

The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we required apart from a microwave and was spotlessly clean thanks to daily maid service. The beds and pillows were a little hard so none of us had a great night's sleep during our stay, and you wouldn't want to sit on the sofa for long - but it was entirely adequate accommodation for one week.

The pool and communal areas were extremely clean - although very busy with it being the Easter holidays - and at least the early wake-up each morning meant we were able to secure our sunbeds of choice! I'm not sure whether this is a problem in the quieter season or whether it was just because of the time of year we visited, but if you have a favourite spot you'll need to be up super-early to secure it! If your ideal holiday involves chilling out by the pool in a relaxing and tranquil environment, I'm not sure this is the complex for you - there were days when the sunbeds were lined up so closely you had to almost clamber over other people's sunbeds to access the pools. The plus side of this, however, was that the children quickly made new friends and the adults did too!

Would we visit again? Probably yes, but in the quieter season, and we'd certainly try and pick a room away from the service entrance next time!

Room Tip: Avoid rooms near the service access if you are a light sleeper (ours was 1128).

Just returned from our first trip to Tenerife. We will be returning.

Were dropped off at Park 3 and felt a bit miffed I had to wheel my luggage to park 4. This was my only disappointment of our stay.

Allocated room 2227 which had a double balcony. Sun was there from about 0930, overlooking the sea.

Rooms were spotless, which soon became apparent when I bumped into the army of cleaners all in uniform. All with the aim of maintaining the spotless effect.

Two salt water pools, which were great. One ( kids) heated the other not.

No shortage of sun loungers.

WIFI was free in reception.

The real bonus was taking the kids to park 3 which had a dedicated play area with water slides.

Park 3 was significantly busy than park 4. So we were more than delighted to go back to park 4. We will return.

Check out was good although little room for luggage. Lots of whispers at pool side about the lack of courtesy rooms. Didn't bother us as we planned not to have one anyway.

Food was great out on the " Strip". Top tip would be to buy the Sun newspaper there's a 10% off section within it.

Lunch was at cafe Ole, very friendly and great toasties for the kids.

When we return we'll request a room on the "pool" side of the hotel.

This hotel was fantastic! We stayed in PS5 which is over the road from the main building and runs down the side of the supermarket. We had a 2 floor apartment which was extremely spacious and quiet despite being in the centre of the action. Cant say how nice this place actually was and the holiday was brilliant.
I would definately stay here again. We are already going back to Tenerife next week but decided to try a different hotel. Resort is fantastic and the hotel is ideally situated for both Playa DL Americas and Los Cristianos. Give it a whirl, you wont be dissappointed.

Booked this "hotel" thinking it was a hotel, seemingly it isn't, it's a conglomeration of part owner, timeshare apartments. It was clean and I would rate it a nice 3*. Reasons, it had no air conditioning, no hairdryer (wife was upset) 25 euros a week to hire, we were there for 10 nights. No cushions on the sunbeds, something I have come to expect of a 4*. The free wi-fi was restricted to the recpetion area. To get it in your room it was 25 euros per week. The pool area was nice. I feel I over paid, I had passed it many times and thought it looked superb, but as I said it was OK. I could have got an all inclusive 4* for the same price I paid here for self catering. In there favour it is in an ideal location and I can only assume this is what warrants the 4*. I have stayed in far better accomodation for far less but all in all still a great holiday in a great location. We will be back but certainly not there.

Room Tip: Don't be placed in the tower. The canopys come down and up automatically and cannot be controll...
