Description: Amigos serves a wide variety of coffees, teas, cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, complemented by a mouthwatering menu of snacks and bigger bites. We are open from early morning to late evening, with entertainment occasionally. If you prefer to take away to the beach, most of our food and drink can be ordered 'to go'.Our relaxed and comfortable venue in the heart of Playa Del Inglés is a 'must-visit' next time you come to Gran Canaria! We live on a paradise island, and we treasure our environment and the natural resources that the Costa Canarias provides, and which are becoming scarce around the world. So at Amigos Coffee we do all we can to make sure our coffee and tea are sourced ethically from sustainable resources. Our coffee beans are Rainforest Alliance Certified™. This way we make sure that we are doing all we can to help stop exploitation of coffee farmers and the deforestation and subsequent climate change that blight many parts of the world we live in. And as we live on an island, we ensure we recycle everything we can.

After deciding to take my first ever solo holiday, I opted for somewhere I knew reasonably well but still had places I could explore. Upon venturing further than the Yumbo in Gran Can (for a change) I was recommended Amigos as somewhere to hang out and relax.

You might think it's a little odd for someone who's not all that comfortable with walking into somewhere on their own to go on a solo holiday but you've got to try everything once, right? Anyway, I digress. Upon approaching Amigos in the middle of a reasonably quiet day, I found it to have a welcoming atmosphere and approachable staff. I took a seat, ordered a cocktail and some food, chatted a little with the staff and then used the free WiFi to go online and plan some of my trip.

I was well looked after, met some lovely people and had a decent meal and tasty cocktail. I guess some could say the decor needs a little touching up (it looked fine to me, though) but I found that charming. It's clearly run by people who care about the place, and service is high on their priorities.

I'll definitely swing by again on my next visit! :)

Went and visited Amigos coffee with my partner and it was great, staff are friendly and it's good to get out of the hustle and bustle of yumbo centre, food was great and they have amazing relaxed atmosphere! Everyone should give it a go!

Nice and friendly staff, smiling and welcoming, helpful and giving their best, a clean and charming interior (that orange makes me feel so cosy) :-) Stunning "Porn Star Martini" cocktail, I just love it. The free wifi makes the place complete and excellent. Gracias amigos :-)

Very modern bar with quick and great service, free wifi was a great draw not to mention the 2 euro beer deal. Ordered food which was well presented, plentiful and tasty, visited every day on my trip with the wife. Definately the best cafe around the irish centre area, great crowd and no drunken brits/irish to spoil things !!!
