The hotel has some nice facilities namely heated outdoor pool and self service drinks but in my opinion some of the common lounge areas need a rejuvenation. (Building work of sorts was taking place throughout our stay making a lie in impossible)

- The food was very nice buffet style with lots of choice.
- All inclusive drinks menu's were excellent however it would have been to have some optional "pay for" drinks i.e. shots, special cocktails etc
- Food service times for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were perfect.
- Hotel entertainment was very basic but good none the less (The entertainment venue needs a spruce up and they could have done with a bigger stage).
- The staff are friendly and polite.

- Sauna was free to use, clean and relaxing.
- 19euros for 7 days wifi access (wifi was very fast, good service)

- I was surprised that we had to pay 2euros for half an hour on the table tennis (we ended up buying a table tennis set from the shop round the corner for 3 euros).

In all our holiday was lovely and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely holiday resort.

Hotel clean, all inclusive food quite acceptable, drinks and good choice. Rooms very basic, but clean. TV a joke 1970,s box 17inch, no choice of english channels only sky news, one discovery, one ancient 1950s films!
Staff helpfull.

Room Tip: Pool facing gets sun in afternoon, other side sun in mornings only.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Gran Canaria Princess. First time all-inclusive and we very impressed with the range of drinks on offer and the standard of the food. The evening entertainment was excellent and varied and we particularly enjoyed the acts in the Piano Bar each night. Never any issue getting a sunbed so not sure why people felt the need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve them, but a few people obviously did. Whole hotel was kept very clean and staff were very helpful and pleasant. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can pick up buses to other resorts- we went to Puerto Mogan, which is beautiful but very busy on market day and also Puerto Rico. You can also get buses to the capital Las Palmas but you have to walk a little bit as the bus goes from a different stop. Have already recommended this hotel to family and friends and will hopefully make a return trip ourselves at some point in the future

Just back and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast and evening meals were good but lunch was poor. Drinks were international brands in the piano bar but not always in the pool areas. Weather was fantastic, if your a sun worshiper like us get a lounger as near the sauna/spa area as possible or you'll end up in the shade by 11 o'clock til 2. The hotel is well located for getting to the dunes or shops and bars all of which are an easy walk and the hotel can be seen where ever you are so you'll never be lost.
In all quite satisfied.

Fancied a week in the sun as our lovely English weather doesn't come up to scratch. Booked a weeks A/I at the Gran Canaria Princess in Playa De Ingles, and it did not disappoint. We checked in ,which was quite busy, quickly and effeciently with a warm welcome from the staff. First impressions were good. After unloading we went on a little scout round and what we saw was most pleasing. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds made every day.The cleaning staff are very good and helpful. The Hotel has good seating areas inside and out. There is an outside stage where very good entertainment was performed every night with plenty of tables and chairs. The pool areas are also very good [the usual towel spreaders early in the morning of course].Bar staff also very good and friendly and seemed to like it when they were spoken to in Spanish, even though it was a bit patchy they appreciated the effort. The food was yet again very good with a large choice and plenty of it. Just be advised that the men have to wear long trousers or shorts below the knee for evening meals and be prepared to wait to be shown to your table as the tablecloths are changed every time a table is cleared,a nice touch we thought. We have stayed opposite in the Waikiki which is a very good Hotel but we think the Princess just pips them. This Hotel certainly ticks all the right boxes and we would have no problems returning again. Go and have a great time and enjoy as we did.................

Room Tip: We stayed on the 5th floor with a pool view...........
