On arrival we were checked in and was told to get our evening meal as it closed at 930 and then we were given our keys and bands ect, and the guy was generally were helpful
Room was clean and had everything needed in it, pillows were a little to hard and would recommend taking your own towels.
No chance of getting a bed around the pool unless you were up before 9, however there was a nice little sun terrace which was mostly empty.
Food was very repetitive and never amazing however there was always enough of everything
Bar staff very strict on the one drink per person rule, however if you wanna a stinger drink there are 2 Irish bars close by and the yumbo center is 20 minute walk or €3 in a cab
On check out we were told we could use a room later to shower, however once we went to use it was very dirty and no towels provided. After complaining to the desk staff and manager I left the hotel very disappointed and annoyed after they refused us a couple towels but then sent a cleaner in to sort the room out
This hotel offered everything I would expect from a 3 star hotel! I stayed all inclusive and enjoyed the food especially the burgers from the pool bar aswell as the cocktails that went down nicely. I found the staff helpfull and friendly. The hotel was close to the beach and the Tropical centre where there is some nice shops, restaraunts and bars overlooking the sea.
Food was terrible room was dirty and shabby.
The pool area was good and the entertainment girls were very good , and helpful and hard working to help us enjoy our holiday.
We personally would not go back to this hotel unless it has been totally revamped to a higher standards.
This hotel is average the staff though are all very friendly. The animation team were spot and all staff worked really hard. Good position of hotel. Value for money. Pool very clean and tidy. Food was of good quality and always something for the fussy eater. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
