I have visited this bar many times before.

The staff are always attentive, and do there best to keep their customers happy.

The bar is modern, and staff take real care preparing the drinks,

Drinks are not badly priced.

Bar shuts at 1am, good bar to start the night off.

Nothing like it in the Yumbo.

Went there as I heard they served good cocktails. Asked for a whiskey sour ! But was told not on the menu , waiter said whiskey n lemon juice, I said kinda, but he said not to worry they would look it up and make it ! Came to table and got whiskey with lemon juice in it ! Returned the drink as it was in-drinkable. I told the waiter a whiskey sour has whiskey, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white, his reply was we don't have eggs. None of the cocktails are shaken, they are all made up , my mates arrived and asked for a Hendricks gin, usually it is served with cucumber, but hey no cucumber so he got a slice of lemon! My other friend had a recommended strawberry moquitto , which was again un-drinkable. One visit was enough. If you are going to advertise a cocktail bar then know your stuff, otherwise blend in like the rest of the bars, plastic seats and neon lighting doesn't make it a cocktail bar.

This bar has recieved a well deserved modern make over, great seating and the staff very helpful with a real cocktail menu serving Espresso Martinis. Only place in PDI to find these!
If only all the other bars would follow suit, the Yumbo could then join the 21st Century perhaps!

Walking past you'd think this would be the most expensive bar in the Yumbo. It looks classy and very modern. However it was by far the best bar we went to. Pours were massive, prices were very cheap compared to other places and the staff were fab. After drinking at a few other places we always ended up here. It wasn't tacky unlike most other places and the ambiance were great.

Absolutely loved the staff too. Cannot speak highly enough!!!
