We were out and about looking for a place to eat and found this by mistake, Ate here twice
I've worked in 5* hotels in Paris,Edinburgh.Barcelona and this rates up there for service standards and food quality on a par with any restaurant we've visited over the years, even the Savoy in London wasn't as good as here!
I guess its all down to the way they do things and the staff
1st visit we both had the amazing Crostini, very very tasty, then we both had fillet steak which was simply amazing. vegetables were also very very well presented and tasty.
Other restaurant owners should go here to see how its done and try and copy so they to can make their customers as happy as we were.
This is for Sebastian you need complimentary bread with typical Ali oli or at least bread Italian bread sticks on the table,once you sit guests down, or you could offer complimentary mixed Olives as a standard greeting aperitif they don't cost much and would be a lovely thing to do and would be appreciated.
It's quite a long wait for food when you were busy, you were very busy on our 2nd visit, Veronica had the Cannelloni but it came out with out any type of extra?? No salad leaves,no tomato,no bread?
The waiter should offer Garlic or focaccia as an extra when taking the order should explain it comes with no side salad and it would be a good accompaniment, this would avoid disappointment.
If you need help finding this gem please feel free to ask for directions, id be more than happy to help. and is a pleasure to recommend any Brits to go to this lovely restaurant.
Sebastian you also need some freshly made Italian desserts from the kitchen, not the Kalise items in the fridge!!
