Visited this on a friend's recommendation and glad we did. The restaurant is located beneath the Aloe Apartments. We chose from the 3 courses for 10€ menu which included any drink so we had a glass of wine each. The salad starters we chose were very fresh and crunchy. We both chose steak for our main course which was served with fries and nice vegetables - not tinned veg like many places! We paid an extra euro for sauce with the steak. the Roquefort sauce was delicious. For dessert we had tiramisu and creme caramel. The food was all nicely olpresented and the portion sizes were just the right amount as we were off out for beers afterwards! Staff were very friendly and eager to please. 22 euros for a 3 course meal for 2 was a bargain and we will go back again.

If we say typical holiday resort tourist food in a canteen type atmosphere - would you know what we mean?

It's fairly new, not bad interiour & decor and so we wanted to give them a try. The menu is very typical for here with no speciality to make them stand out from the crowd, but usually a new place is trying extra hard to get it's name known - so we went for it.

Very friendly waiter & the greeting was warm. Starters were avocado with prawns & gambas ajillo (prawns in garlic). Avocado was fine, but the garlic prawns were fluffy & tasteless so I asked for them to be changed (cooked from frozen?). The waiter was courteous & professional and offered king prawns instead, when these came they were much better. Main courses. Salmon in a whisky sauce - huge portion but the fish was dry & we think probably cooked a long time in advance & kept warm without a bain marie to hold the moisture - couldn't finish it! Roast Leg of Lamb - dry unseasoned with no sauce or garnish. This was especially disappointing as Lamb is a popular speciality here & so the standard is usually very high (if you want Lamb try Merlin or Silos restaurants, much better).
We had water & a half bottle of red wine, declined desert & coffee, but still the total was €53.
No sense of cooking, food or style here, so pretty sure they won't be around very long.

We had the Mero al Horno (grouper fish cooked in the oven with a white wine and tomato sauce plus clams and prawns) which was the special recommended by the waiter and it was excellent. Beautifully cooked and served off the bone at the table. For dessert, the flambee bananas were served with a delicious orange caramel sauce. Homemade croquetas seved as a complimentary starter. Very well priced at 52 euros for 2 (including a bottle of Vina Sol and coffee).
