Just returned from a week-long stay here with my boyfriend. We were there on a half-board basis but most other guests were on an All Inclusive basis. The hotel was full to capacity during our week's stay but didn't seem to have enough staff to deal with with guests' requests. The dining room was run with military precision and all waiting staff were efficient and curteous. The standard of food was good, although a bit "samey". The problem came at the bar. Waiting times for service were extremely long - often only one person manning the bar and queues in excess of 20 people wanting drinks at any one time. The other thing that "put me off" a little was the fact that we could not pay for our drinks at the bar and they had to be put on account and paid on checking-out. We went out for drinks most evenings due to the long waiting times.
The hotel was very well presented and our room, although a little on the small side, was clean. There are 2 pools - one at the front of the hotel and another (small one) higher up the hillside wiuth enough sunbeds and umbrellas available.More
