I Stayed here in june of 2008 and i am booking to return again this year, Very good Budget hotel. It is what it says it is. a very good low cast family all inclusive hotel, where it does lift its head above budget though is in its freindly service, which could easly be compared too and even better much higher cost hotels.
the food was very good with something for everyone. the specialty meats served from the end of the restaurant were especialy good. Pleanty for the children and good desserts, the Wife realy like the rice pudding and strawberry jam that was served one evening. the small playground for the children was a godsend and a curse all at the same time, as even though it kept them occupied the fact that it was beside the seating area of the restaurant made it impossible to keep the child sitting to eat as he was looking out the window at the playground the whole time, maybe if they closed the blinds in the very end of the restaurant beside the grill we might have had a tear free meal. but that is only a small problem.
when the three main meals of the day are not being served the snack bar is open. this was very good although some of the food was a bit on the cold side, but still it was cooked through so perfectly fine.
the rooms were small but not too small and the cleaners did a great job.
the entertainment was as expected and tiny and the gang do work very hard. one day they were teaching the kids to make balloon animals and my boy was too small so they showed me and i now make them for him at home. Great fun.
The hotel is slightly of the beaten track but we liked that. it was nice and quiet and you were only a 10min walk from the fun.
there is a mini bus that takes you to the beach in the morning and returns to the hotel in the afternoon, this is all part of your all inclusive package which is great.
the beer is the local stuff which is grand and there is a list of cocktails that the guys will make up for you also.
the two pools can sometimes get crowded but then there is the beach and two waterparks nearby.
there is also a supermarket right around the corner from the hotel.
Bottom line is for the money you pay this is a VERY good family Hotel.
See You in June :)
