“Always good”

If you want a piece of Spain while you are visiting Salou - look no further than here. Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, at a reasonable price - so much nicer than the usual fare of British fish & chips abroad

“Disappointed”
Reviewed November 17, 2010

This was recommended by the local guy in charge of our apartment. He said it was the oldest restaurant there, around for over 20 years. The decor was warm n table linen were crisp n clean n service was excellent, but we weren't too impressed with the food. The paella and soup were too salty for our liking. Even the cod tasted like someone had tripped while trying to sprinkle some salt on it. The lobster was very fresh though. I suppose if you don't mind salty food you might like it but the 4 of us at dinner felt we wouldn't be back too soon.
