I was impressed by the vast size of the hotel and our self-catering apt. especially. Myself, my partner and his son found the accommodation clean, comfortable, a large balcony, plenty of space (small but had everything you needed bar a drying towel). Many previous reviews stated thall "all-inclusive" was the only way to go, but we opted for "self-catering" and for us, this was the best choice. Instead of staying every night in the hotel and being restricted to their menu, time to eat etc. we alternated between Tormolinos and Benalmadena most nights and enjoyed a wide variety of menus aswell as getting to see the surrounding areas of the Hotel. The only downside to the Hotel is for any fitness fanatics out there - the "Gym/Fitness Centre" they claim to have is tiny and the few machines they did have, didn't work. We were lucky with the weather as it rained only on the last day, though for the time of year - there were plenty of families still on holiday.

This holiday was the best holiday of my life, the flight from MAN to AGP was delayed by an hour, but hey ho, it was a chartered flight and delays happen, didnt bother me one bit, the flight was the best I have ever been on, all the crew were friendly and helpful and the safety video was hilarious! I must say, the girl on the check-in desk from Servisair was rather rude, but then again, Servisair are rude at any airport. The transfer was fast and effecient and everyone had high spirits. Once we got there though, we did have a bit of a surprise when they asked for a £100/€100 deposit, a mention of this at the Hypermarket or Online would of been nice. Check-in was fast and effiecinet, and we were all given personalised welcome packs with ours names on, which head rep, Kelly had taken the time out to make, and as we were a large group, we were given complimentary breakfast the next morning. The food was faultless and so were the rooms. The cooking facilities were fantastic and it was more like a studio flat than a hotel room!! My room was the best out of everyone elses, and everyone was in ours for the parties! The reps were amazing too, with some of our group getting too friendly with the reps, and when 3 of us came into the hotel without any sense of where we were, they helped us to our rooms and made sure we were ok, one of my friends did have her nickers stolen by one of the reps though! The pool was lovely and relaxing, and the beach club was an excellent facility for all ages, with the drinks and ice creams all reasonably priced. Excursions could be quite pricy (for example, Fuengirola Market and Biopark costing €75, when it was €1.35 on the bus, and the zoo was only €17.50) however it was an excellent day out. The night life was fantastic too and we took advantage of happy hour as soon as it started! I must say though, the donkey in the field over the road was rather noisey, hee haw all night, I think he must of just wanted a peice of the entertainment! All in all a fantastic holiday and I would reccommend this to anyone!

Stayed there in October with my family. My 6 year old daughter and myself as well as several other guests all came down with stomach bugs.
The cleanliness and food hygiene leaves alot to be desired, probably doesn't help with pigeon problem.
First choice need to sort this place out.

Just returned from 2 wks in the sun &loved it!.The hotel staff were friendly & we had our room cleaned every day ,with fresh towels aswell. We left 2 days b4 the hotel closed for winter but there was no let up in performance by any of the staff .A special word must go to the entertainment team led by Tash, liam, scott, kim&eleanor they were superb !!!!! the best singing & shows we have seen anywhere in the last8 yrs.The food was good too a little repetitive but there was always something for everyone. The biggest let down was thepools "freezing" 10 mins &6yr old had blue lips! really cold even in the water park .V clean hotel apart from the pidgeon problem around the pool bar n also on our balcony ! Hopefully this will be sorted out in close season .Kids had a great time made loads of friends as did we ,its probably the friendliest hotel we have stayed in.The hotel is not in the best location as an evening walk into town is not really on as it is miles away, but we all had a great time & would return at the drop of a hat [but not in high summer too hot n busy]

arrived late at night, thought i was going to regret this holiday. village so large, receptionist kept sending us wrong way to our room. however, when arrived pleased with room. as restaurants closed they had left a plate of cold meats and cheeses in fridge. made use straight away of the irish bar as this only one open after 12 oclock but had to pay for drinks after 12 (which were quite expensive guiness 4 euros a pint which is 4 uk pounds now) vodka and sprite 6 euros. all in all a good holiday, plenty of sunbeds
food o.k. first choice entertainment team dont stop working all day/night

After reading reviews for about 2 months before we left i was feeling very aprehensive about going. Couldnt have had a better time really. 30 minutes transfer with a really quick check in (remember and complete forms on bus) ask for a tv remote as well. Tv had all the channels we have at home (nearly bbc and itv, channel 4). Room was ok maybe a bit dated and could do with new grouting on tiles in bathroom well little patch. Maids made up bed and changed towels thats about it but there is brush and shovel in cupboard to give balcony once over. Entertainment team were fantastic thanks to Tash, Liam, Kim, Scotty, Eleanor they def helped us have a good time especially at night. Entertainment through the day was good lots of games around pool side for those kids that didnt want to go to kids club eg archery, ping pong, golf ect. Night time there was a disco, bingo, games for adults and kids then more adult entertainment. When we were there i got hypnotized and then won weakest link lol. Kidsa had a ball. When that finished at 11 the irish bar opened which had kareoke, quiz and Scotty playing the guitar which was fab.
There were a few pigeons around which was a bit annoying as i have a slight phobia but manageable. Food was fantastci breakfast all your usual from cereal to fry up. Lots of choice for adults and kids, who loved chocolate fountain. Pools were freezing but nre that before kids did go in for little periods. They did use the indoor pool on occasions altho you do need to wear caps which were not very flattering they are 3 euros so if you want to save money take your own. Beach club due to pools being so cold we didnt use very much once to have a look and kids had run through jets of water. Snack bar ok usual snacks including pizza, burger, toasties, chicken wings. Drinks fab lots of cocktails which were really nice.

I would recommend this holiday to anyone with kids. My kids were 5,6 and 12 and they all had an amazing time.
