Just back from a 7 night stay at the Siroco, me, hubby and 3 year old son. I cannot fault anything in this hotel for the price we paid. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and although our room was basic, it was cleaned everyday. The hotel had a great pool and very clean also. The staff were very friendly and were excellent with my little boy, especially the entertainment rep. The food was good, plenty fresh fruit, veg and salad. We honestly had a great time here and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheap yet comfortable hotel.

Just back from this Hotel, 2 adults and 2 children and found it very good value. Good location, good food ,good pool area and 5 minutes from the beach. Rooms cleaned every day and a good variety of food to please most people.

Room Tip: Rooms with pool views and overlooking the Marina are great value.

we visited as a couple from 4.8.12 to 11.8.12. after reading some of the reviews we were slightly apprehensive. we need not have worried. the hotel was very clean and well run. the gardens were beautifully landscaped and the pool area and terrace nice (but towels go down on the sunbeds from 7.30 on!). we upgraded to a superior room and the room more than justified the small extra cost. the evening meal was better than breakfast and make sure you get down before 9.30 as a huge queue builds up very quickly around then. there is a handy exit from the bottom of the pool area onto the steps leading to the beach. great location for the marina, shops, beach and bars(try and find ole square beside the triton hotel for a relaxed drink and peaceful atmosphere after the busy promenade and marina). we were more than happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a superior room as will be more spacious with big bathroom and better view of lovely gard...

Stayed at this hotel between early July 2012. The hotel is definitely a three star facility. The rooms are showing signs of age and in need of refurbishment. Window and door frames made of dried out untreated wood - door stuck when opening and closing - very thin glass and no opening window. Bathroom basic - shower over bath with a much too long curtain that draped into bottom of bath - no storage other than one small glass shelf over sink - no window nor extractor fan;became more of a sauna after a few minutes under the shower. Room had two double beds, two bedside tables, a long desk for TV to sit on but no drawers for clothing, a suitcase stand, a dining room chair, and built in wardrobe - again no drawers - just shelving and hanger rail. Space was at a premium - you could not pass someone stood between the beds and TV desk. We had to keep moving the chair or risk smashing the glass in the door upon opening it. The staff were in the main surly - both at reception and in the dining room. A couple of the reception desk staff were approachable and friendly as was the chap who met you at the dining room and the head waiter, and all the chambermaids. But as for the person who was doing the cooking of the hot food - small guy with glasses - I'd suggest that he should look for another occupation. The entertainment staff for the daily activities were very good and had an extensive schedule to keep up with - something going on most of the time.

Room Tip: There are a number of rooms which per the 'Fire Plan' appear bigger than the norm, whilst th...

We stayed here on a half board basis and the value for what we payed was excellent , the food was very good both breakfast and evening meal had plenty of choice and was varied every day, the rooms were very cramped and in need of renovating and had no fridge but they were clean and the location of the hotel is very good within walking distance of the beautiful marina, a couple of hundred meters fom the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants close by, I wouldn't say I would never stay in the siroco again because if the deal was right I might consider it but I would probably try one other other hotels close by like the triton or the riviera.

We stayed at the Best Siroco hotel for My 65th birthday it is perfect for the disabled, we booked a superior room and emailed the hotel in advance to ask for a room overlooking the pool so my disabled husband could keep an eye on me, we had a perfect holiday there and the staff looked after us well they even gave us access through the garage so I could just come in on the scooter straight to the room.
I would recommend it to anyone
