Today March 23, 2014 at 4:06 P.M my family and I were very excited to go to this establishment because we heard many great things about it. To our surprise, we we're not greeted friendly by the hostess. She specifically told us, "Y'all have to wait outside. You got to wait 20 minutes." After our 20 minute wait, we noticed that only 3 other families were in the restaurant, we were baffled to find out many tables were available. As my family was seated, we were not attended for at least a minimum 5 minutes. Our waiter took our drink orders. Along with our drinks he brought a basket of bread, then asked if we would like vinegar. While attempting to pour the vinegar, the waiter spilled about half the bottle on my brothers back. His shirt was drenched and reeked of vinegar. The waiter laughed then told us that the manager would come and talk to us. I assume out of embarrassment the waiter did not come to our table for 22 minutes. We were completely ignored, while my brothers shirt was still drenched in vinegar and our stomachs left growling. It is amazing that a family that had been seated 15 minutes after ours was attended to quickly. Yes! Their family size was much bigger than ours. Our food had finally come to the table and we were not asked about a refill, nor was the waiter to be seen until we had just about finished our meal. Upon finishing our meal, the manager FINALLY came to speak with us. Her first words, "Don't worry, I fired the waiter." There was a long pause and she began to laugh. we did not see the humor in her joke. The manager NEVER said sorry, she simply gave us her business card and said, "We'll pay for your dry cleaning, if you bring us the receipt." Then she scurried away after her speech. I honestly have never had an experience such as the one that my family had today. The situation was handled in a poorly manner and not to mention, we expected more professionalism out of the manager. I am not sure how your other locations are with customer service, but I certainly will make sure that everyone I know, will be informed of the EXTREMELY poor service your company provides at this location.
