Very comfortable hotel, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. They even ironed a couple of shirts for me,that's service and thanks to Hannah.
Food was good with a plentiful supply of wine included in the holiday price and afternoon tea included soup, filled rolls, cake, pizza and several different teas.
A really fantastic relaxing holiday,I would return again

We travelled with Esprit and had an amazing time. Our room which was a suite with interlocking rooms was huge, clean and well appointed. We loved the fact that the children had a high tea on their own and then went to a club whilst we had our tea. The food was great and there was a choice of wines to drink freely until the cheese board arrived. We really enjoyed being seated with other people and meeting new people.
The child care team are amazing, dedicated and ensured our girls had a fab time. The hotel staff are very friendly and work really hard. James the Esprit rep was great and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Please Esprit can you open another chalet hotel with the same program in another resort next year.

Fully English staffed hotel, with child care facilities that are second to none.

The "room" we had was huge (I've lived in smaller flats) with 2 large living/sleeping areas, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets. There was also a fridge in the room.

Food at the hotel was generally good quality and plentiful, and other than on Monday's ( when most of the staff are off) there's generally little reason to pay for any food. Wine is free and plentiful during dinner, but beer is quite expensive though to be fair this is true of the entire area.

It's great to find a hotel which really looks after the kids and allows the parents a peaceful, relaxed, evening meal.

The staff are all very young, but very professional, courteous, gand fantastic with kids.

Top marks round!

First time to write on here but just could not resist it. What a great holiday from beginning to end. Really could not fault it. As much as I like children was good to have an evening meal in peace as children ate earlier. Rooms were very clean and the young staff a credit to the hotel. Packed lunches were a good idea as you could then go out and about for the day on the beautiful mountains without worrying about being hungry. Trip to Annecy was delightful a beautiful place to see.As a vegetarian there was always an option with plenty of offer of more bread, wine and breakfast eat as much as you like.
lJust would love to do it all again .Excellent excellent excellent. Well done to all concerned.

Amazing holiday we went last week- the staff could not do enough to help even with my husbands newly found gluten allergy they couldnt be more helpful- only thing would be double beds in the rooms. The organised trips were great and I love that we were put on tables with other couples which encouraged us to socialise. Thank you
