This restaurant is under new management since February 2012 and the new owners have revamped the menu and made tremendous improvements. The fixed menus offer many choices, and the food is refined, delicious, and beautifully presented. The veloute de pomme de terre with truffles was out of this world, as was the grilled fish. The desserts are varied and delicious too, including the artisanal sorbet and ice creams. Chante Mer is on the Guide Michelin 2012, and merits that. The restaurant is located in the old provencal village, away from the noise and traffic of other restaurants in the village. It is a great new addition to the eating scene in the region.
