“Poor service”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

The food (mostly fish) is of a reasonable standard but the staff didn't seem that interested. The main purpose seemed to be to get you in and out. The first waitress said she couldn't talk because she had another table to look after. We were served a dipping sauce that we hadn't asked for. Nice touch ... but not when they come back 10 minutes later and take it away and bring it too another table.

“Best seafood in the region and beyond”
Reviewed July 10, 2012

Every time we are in the area we eat at "Vincent's". The place at a few steps from the shore os of an elegant contemporary elegancy. Adjacent to the restaurant you will find a fish shop where you can buy seafood dishes, fish preparations and fresh fish. Vincent is serving a wide range of oysters, well prepared fish dishes (try the dorade or the paradilla XXL) and specacular "plateau de fruits de mer" all of excellent freshness and quality.
Add to this a bottle of cool white bergerac and a light summer breese and the world looks just perfect for a while.

“New and attractive seafood restaurant in Moliets-Plage”
Reviewed June 30, 2012 via mobile

A new and attractive seafood restaurant in heart of Moliets-Plage. This formerly fish-market is now 'Chez Vincent', owned by (not surprising) Vincent. He also has a fish-market (poissonerie) in the nearby town Léon. His new restaurant serves very nice seafood dishes (skewers, grilled slices, mussles, shell-fish, ...) for a very reasonable price. The fish is fresh and grilled/cooked with 'regional' flavors. This results in mixed South-French and Spanish (Basque) style dishes. There's also a buffet choice on the menu with (seafood) salads, shell-fish and a tasty fish soup (bouil-la-baisse).

The staff is very friendly and professional. The interior of the restaurant is modern and colorful.  One minor detail, the music could be better: they now play an ordinary radio station.

You can eat both inside and outside; at the front there's a tapas bar. You can even buy fresh fish from the built-in fish market.

This is not the typical overpriced, cheap plastic chairs seafood restaurant you see too often. Clearly there has been thought about both the interior, outside-terrace and the service and quality they want to deliver. Keep up the good work!
