My flight got cancelled last due to typhoon and i got myself a room to stay overnight. Hotel is full since many flights were cancelled, but the hotel managed it quiet well.

Love the modern design of the hotel and you can still feel the Balinese touch all over. Room is spacious enough with sofa bed. Very quiet can't hear any plane sound from the room. Clean and comfy bed. Really glad that they have a blackout curtain since i like to sleep in total darkness. :D

Food is very good with a range of international dish we can choose from. But i like the chicken roll bumbu bali (i forgot the name). All staffs are superb and helpful during my stay answering all my questions (mostly for my next flight) despite their busy day.

Would come back here for sure when i arrive or departing late in bali

we were recently put up here for 2 nights due to the cancellation of our flight from jetstar and then the volcano. The room was clean and nice with a small fridge and a lockable safe. Did find the housekeeping rather average as we had to ask for more water to clean our teeth and new towels for showering. We were also charged an extra $42.00 to have a 6pm check out as our flight was not leaving until 3am. The pool was nice and it was close to the airport to check what was happening with our flights and all the cancellations. The corridor used to walk to the airport is dangerous in heavy rain as the roof leaks and the tiles are a high gloss and you could not see the water on them until it was too late and I slipped over pretty badly so be careful if it rains.

Room tip: it is good for one night but not a long stay

Stayed here with a friend last couple of days to spend my time in between my flights. Surprisingly it was a very pleasant experience to finished my long holiday.

Staffs are great, smiles from everyone starting from the welcome til the check out. Can't hear anything from the room. Facilities wise it is very good for an airport hotel. Swimming pool is big enough, 24 hours gym, and great food. Me, i like to see the fish on the pond, brought me some peace after my hectic holiday.

All and all.. i really recommend this hotel. Wish i can stay longer

Hotel is brand new but already falling apart at some seams i.e. Ceiling leaks and cracking shower ceilings. Hotel is modern and comfortable with the exception of the lobby, restaurant and hallway as there is no air conditioning in these areas. The hallways to the rooms are particularly muggy throughout the day and night.

Only gross negative was a dried and crusty vomit sprayed all over our trash can. Really?? Housekeeping didn't see that??? Just plain gross!!!
