Stay in holiday inn resort Baruna Bali is so confortable than I expected.
Because I am a platinum elite of IHG, our room is upgraded to garden access room.
We can walk to beautiful garden and large clean pool.
There were many children so I recommend family trip.
Staffs are very kind and keep our room clean.
Their help and hospitality made our stay good.
Further, morning buffets are so delicious.

This is a very good resort with high standards situated in a perfect location, airport 5 mins away, the beach is 50 meters from the pool and easy reach of kuta and legian.
The holiday inn staff are as usual for HI 1st class, the accommodation was an upgrade to a junior suite it was perfect ground floor next to the tea tree spa, benfits of IHG thankyou🙏
Breakfast was excellent however we must give 5 stars to Envy restaraunt, the location, service and food made us eat here every night , special mention to Tari for her attention to detail with a smile.
The pool area was perfect with a swim up bar 😀 service again A1 must mention Dedi, Raphael and Alfian.
We do not normally go to Bali but being a quick 4 day break it was perfect, well done again Holiday inn we were impressed and we will be back!

I will start with what I found unacceptable: the closure of the main restaurant because of some middle size group. If I remember correctly this happened during dinner time at least twice. The other restaurant (a bar in fact) had rather limited choice of food and packed with people because the main restaurant was out of bounds. This, taking into account that the group or groups were rather small, a dozen of people perhaps. They occupied like 1/3rd - 1/4th of the indoor part and no food was served for anybody else.
On more positive sides... food was generally good, room clean, spacious, staff kind and helpful. Food/beverages prices reasonable. The pool good for kids. Hotel grounds were nice. Unfortunately the beach adjacent to the hotel was literally piling with rubbish so was the the vicinity of the hotel.
Oh, well, I am still waiting to get any response to my emails sent to the hotel before our trip.

This hotel is very good. We had a family room with a large balcony and an uninterrupted view of the ocean. The deals offered by the hotel were great value. The breakfast was very good and the Palms and Envy restaurants offer a good range of food.
The staff were amazing without exception. The activities and interaction with kids is tops. It is one of the best for hotels we have stayed at and recommend it for families especially.
This Resort Hotel is one of the best in Bali. Facilities are complete and clean! Rooms are great as the veranda overlooks the pool. They have a restaurant that offers great Balinese food. At night, they have a Balinese folk presentation in front of the restaurant. They also have a coffee and pastry shop.
