Probably the most history-buff friendly site on the island. A large museum compound with lots to read about and see. It is right near the cruise ship terminal, so the huge ships tend to loom over everything and dominate pictures taken towards that direction. The Commissioner's House at the top is worth a visit of two or three hours, and lots of great views from the parapets from all directions.
