Clean, nice, well maintained area. Historical building converted into shops with a good variety of lower and gift stuff. Higher end art also available. I was suprised that the middle ground of collectables was not that well represented. Certainly close and convient for hte cruise ships and all vendors were very friendly.

It was interesting to see how the royal naval dockyard had been restored. Part of it is a touristy shopping mall which is really for the cruise ships which dock here but it was quite well done. A choice of cafes and restaurants available.
Good bus service from here.

The dockyard is a nice area to walk around. There are lots of shops and a few places to eat. The shops close fairly early, around 6. It also serves as a cruise ship port.
