It is a decent hotel ... but if you are a tourist I would not recommend it as it is located in the middle of an industrial area and even the nearest rail station is very far away... the hotel does not provide any shuttle service to town.
Rooms were decent... and the staff at the reception was helpful. Wifi works in the rooms.
Breakfast service was just ok... by the time we came to have our breakfast in the morning there was no place for us to sit as all the seats had been used in the morning and nobody had bothered to remove the dirty plates and clean the tables before the next guests came in for their breakfast.
Also be careful of your belongings here as another group had checked in, in the evening and someone in their group lost all their baggage from the lobby area... apparently someone just came and stole it!

This hotel provides a free shuttle. They run through the airport every 30 minutes. You can also hitch a ride to the terminal, but make an appointment.
The room was comfortable. A safe is provided. The personnel are all very nice. There is a computer in the lobby which runs at a very good speed.
Coffee is provided, and a mini breakfast will set you back 5 euros. You can also buy drinks and snacks near reception.
I liked it here for one night. Try it!

After walking the Camino for 3 weeks we stayed here for two nights before heading home! The location was great, with a free shuttle to the airport. The staff was great, we had sent a luggage ahead by over a week and there was no problem to hold it for us. Alex at the front desk was amazing always pleasant and helpful, even with a ton of questions we had! He offered to make calls for us, because it was obvious our Spanish was not that great!!

The morning breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice!

Thank you for the great stay!!

Flew in early from Morocco and needed a place close to the airport for on night. Although the neighborhood was a little rough looking the hotel exceeded my expectations. Check is was fast and easy. The room was smaller then most American hotels but the bathroom mad up for it with a huge bathtub with was a plus since I had spent 5 days in Morocco walking and hiking. I went off property for dinner so I didn't try the restaurant. Airport shuttle ran about every 45 min from the airport.

We spoke to the hotel team prior to departure , gave them all our details and received confirmation for a pick up by shuttle. When we arrived to hotel bus spot @ Barajas, guess what- no pick up. We called them (bot too pleasant in roaming), ad the front desk staff said "Oh, ok we'll send a driver for you now" as if it was OK.
Upon arrival lobby looked so dirty and dark that we were not sure whether we should check I, although this was literally planned for around 7hours, since we just wanted to have a sleep over here and check out in the morning to go to Ritz Madrid which was main accommodation for our trip. The guy on duty at front desk who to check us in was soooooo rude , that although we were super tired, we started to browse nearby hotels. When a person came over to ask for a spoon, and the same front desk person took a spoon from some drawer and handed over to the guest (no napkin, nothing), that was it.
The driver was helpful and nice , big thanks to him for dropping us to nearby Marriott were we finally slept and moved to Ritz at noon.
