This is a large very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities, welcoming professional staff and just 3 minutes off the A4 South of Madrid. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The staff are excellent and check-in was very quick as we had stayed there once before a year ago and they had our details on record. The buffet breakfast is excellent, plentiful, varied and sets you up for the day. I would stay there every time I am in the area. The only negative is that WIFI is only available in public areas on the Ground floor, not in bedrooms.

Very comfortable hotel, with very spacious and well appointed rooms, though they'll have to get round to getting rid of those CRT TV's in the bedrooms sometime soon. Properly ironed crisp white sheets on the beds and a breakfast that really set you up for the day.
The staff were really customer focused and the public rooms had a good strong free access wifi signal, though it was password protected in bedrooms.
It's worth mentioning that the hotel is too far outside Aranjuez to be able to walk into town and there's nowhere near the hotel for a decent stroll, but it is a couple of minutes walk from a Mercadona supermarket which is handy for buying picnic bits and pieces.
As per normal in Spain, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Altogether, a seriously excellent experience.

We stopped at Aranjuez to break our journey back from southern Extramadura to Madrid airport. It turned out to be a good decision because this hotel was ideal for out piurposes, in that it did not involve any (more) complicated or stressful driving through the town itself and was comfortable and pleasant to boot. As noted elsewhere, the hotel is just outside of Aranjuez so it will cost about 12 euros to get a cab in and about 8 euros to return - money well spent if you don't fancy driving through the town (which is lovely). Super room overlooking the racket courts and golf course with an excellent bathroom. Good bar food available throughout the day. Breakfast OK but no more, albeit the orange juice was excellent.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights from the 8th July 2010. We used our Tesco clubcard vouchers to pay for our stay after saving them up for a couple of years. We flew into Madrid and using the very good and cheap public transport made our way to the hotel. I believe it cost us around 7 euro's per person each way and the service was as good on a Sunday (Sunday of the world cup final) as it was on the week day.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were delighted, it is decked out very modern with lovely dark woods and plush furnishings. We checked in and made our way to our room, we had been kindly upgraded to a superior room on the second floor. The room was huge and had a lovely bathroom/shower, we also had a fridge and aircon, although the aircon did struggle in the day as it was reaching temps of around 42 degrees centigrade. I noticed that someone in another article moaned about the aircon and in general the electric turned off when you removed your card from the slot by the door, the simple solution to this is stick your clubcard or another card in the slot, this works a treat, but please remember the hotels aren't just putting these in to be stingy, they are also doing it to try and help with CO2 emissions, etc, so please make sure you turn all your lights and stuff off and jsut leave the aircon and fridge on. We had a balcony with lovely views across the gold course and over on the horizon we could see the hills of which we had the pleasure of seeing a fantastic thunderstorm striking.
In the day times we spent our time round by the pool as this was just really a holiday for relaxation and we knew the hotel was pretty far out of the town of Aranjuez, but there is a great bus service into the town for just 1 euro each way. We did venture into the town one morning after breakfast just for a couple of hours, the town itself is a bit grotty but the palace is amazing, absolutely jaw dropping. We did the little train thing which cost 5 euro's each but personally I wouldn't bother if I had known it was just going to ride around the gardens as you see far more by walking round them and other than the palace and the gardens there isn't a lot to see in my opinion.
Back at the hotel there is a shopping complex, it looks like a mini version of westfields in London, however, unfortunately from what I can gather the company building it went into administration in May and has been left, I am sure someone will buy it as it looks almost completed and will be a great asset to the hotel. In the complex there is just 2 businesses, a Mercadona supermarket (we went here to buy water and cold drinks and nibbles for the afternoon as we were only half board, although we didn't really need them but it's nice to try some new things out when abroad and this is a cheaper way than buying them at the hotel) and there is a cafe/bar which seemed very popular with the locals and it was with us for the few evenings we were there as it was very affordable at 3 euro's for a large glass of beer, tempted to say 1 litre?! We also tryed a Spanish drink there called Ponche with lime (Ponche y Lima), this was 4 euro's for a tall glass.
The food at the hotel was fantastic, at breakfast there was plenty, obviously continental but all delicious and fine by me as it was too hot for a fry up. The first evening we ate in the hotel restaurant which was very contemporary and had great service, I was very impressed with the food and have eaten in some very good restaurants in the past and have to say that this was up there with those restaurants, I have normally found that hotel restaurants can be a complete let down so was presently suprised. On the last 2 nights we were lucky enough to get to sit out on the terrace overlooking the golf course to enjoy our meal as they were serving a bbq, this was also fantastic, we had steak on the second night and it was served perfectly and very tasty, the size also did not disappoint!!
Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to kick back and relax, it's not a massive touristy area and it's not the easiest way to see Madrid as it was about an hour away including the bus and train ride, but if you just want to laze around the pool and chillout this is a good destination with has good service, we will be visiting again!!

Stayed here just for one night as my wife's cousin's wedding reception was being held and being a Spanish reception it of course lasted until the very very early hours and didn't fancy a long drive home after. We had a family deluxe room, which was great (we have 2 young kids) the room was very spacious and clean.
The room looked out onto the golf course.
Had breakfast in the morning and there was plenty of variety.
There's not much of note in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but I suppose if you just wanted a relaxing weekend break it would be ok.
There are a couple of large conference rooms so I amagine it's used for such events.
