Although we were not staying at this Parador, we did eat here and had one of the best meals of our trip. We opted for the 3 course local seasonal menu - great value at around 22 euros, and they were willing to substitute a pork dish with a lovely chicken with saffron and almond dish. The asparagus soup was wonderful, as was the desert: cold strawberry soup and ice cream. Before dining we were served the largest gin and tonic I have ever seen!!!
Not all the staff spoke English, but a restaurant with mainly Spanish diners is a good sign!
