The “Mastihato”. a chicken fillet served in a “kadaifi” pastry nest with Chios mastic sauce and bacon, is the best cooked dish I've had this year. The kadaifi is to die for as is the sauce. The only gripe I'd have is that they could have put just a little more sauce on the whole thing. Not a taste for everyone, apparently, but you can't really taste the mastic, it's not overbearing, and it is just divine.
The vegetable millefeuille is not a millefeuille at all: no pastry, just cheese and veggies. Interesting, but not stupendous. My friend had a huge steak, was very happy.
Bread excellent, wine very good, great tsikoudia offered, and outstanding watermelon and melon.
Lovely outside seating. Good service.
