Good structure, good service that corrispond to a four stars hotel. We spent three night in a suite, quite elegant, clean and with a nice view on the seaside; some details were missing: no paper baskets, no minibar ( strange for a 4 star hotel ).
The personell was really very nice and helpful. The BIG NEGATIVE remark is that the hotel oraganizes wedding parties at night extra loud music going on until 2.30 a.m. : we had a room on the thirth floor and we had to move on the 5th floor after having complained with the staff. Unfortunately the day after a new wedding party took place and the music was so loud that even on the 5th floor we had no chance to sleep. Guest should make sure first that there are not wedding parties planned....

We stayed here for a conference, but there was plenty of time for fun as well. The food was delicious; most of our meals were served at the hotel. This hotel is walking distance from a beautiful beach. Ahhhhh! "Come on in, The water is perfect!" We also had a few meals in the surrounding area at beach side restaurants which was delightful.

We could see the beach from our third floor room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The higher floors had a less obstructive view of the water, but we enjoyed seeing the trees and a small chapel, as well as the water. There was a small refrigerator included in the room, which was nice for cold drinks and snacks. The bathroom was small, but very clean. I enjoyed the nice sized pool and so did the children of the families at the conference. It was not real huge, but big enough for a crowd.

The elevator was very, very, slow; which resulted in a lot of people getting more exercise using the stairs. We enjoyed both our work and play time in this beautiful setting.

The location is perfect - a 3 minute walk to the beach and a few nice restaurants on the water. Very pieceful and quiet and a short drive into town.
The hotel is very clean and updated. Very clean and modern rooms with air conditioning and nice TVs.
The staff was very friendly!!!

Special thanks to Katerina. I left a shoe in my room and left for Rome the next day.
I emailed the hotel and Katerina emailed me back the same day letting me know the hotel found my shoe.
She went out of her way and mailed my shoe to California so it would be there after my vacation.
I even offered to pay for shipping but Katerina told me they would take care of it!
That was so kind of her and Amarilia Hotel.

I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody.
It is inexpensive for what you get. Definetely worth the money.

I spend 10 days in Amarilia Hotel regarding business meeting. I reccomend the hotel, beacuse of very open, warm, friendly flexible and helpful staff. The meeting in Hotel was very successful because of excelent service and great equpimented conference room. You feel like at home in the hotel. The rooms are very clean and light. The location is great, about 80 m to the sea. The food is very good. The prices are very accessible. I reccomend hotel on as well for private as bussines stay.

Room Tip: Ask for room with sea side view, on higher floor. The view is better.

The friendliness of Amarilia's staff is exceptional. The hotel had a good location a few feet from a nice beach (though it was quite busy), and it was near enough to the airport and city centre. It's also walking distance from a few really nice restaurants.

I was there for a conference in the hotel and was sharing a room with two other teammates. I was a little disappointed with the room; it was much smaller and less well-equipped than the website photos would suggest. To be fair, it was a room with 3 single beds, so the double rooms might be nicer. We still had a balcony that overlooked the pool. The bathroom was very modern and clean.

Wi-fi coverage was pretty good, although so many people were using it for the conference that it slowed down during the day.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and were very happy with our choice.
Here are the highlights

POSITIVE
+ Excellent value for your money.
+ excellent neighborhood (across the street from the 5 star Apollon hotel)
+ 30 euro taxi drive from Athens Airport (if you take the scenic route by the sea)
+ 35 euro taxi drive from Acropolis
+ great staff and hospitality
+ very clean
+ walking distance to a variety of great sandy beaches in the region
+ 5 euro taxi drive to Vouliagmeni town center with plenty of good restaurants
+ minutes drive away from the Vouliagmeni natural lake
+ Friendly Mr. Paris at the reception is an excellent source of information and always pleased to help you by providing detailed information on places to visit, things to do, and how to get to places in the most cost-effective way
+ Excellent breakfast selection (hot and cold)
+ Free wi-fi with excellent reception and speed
+ free business center with to desktops and a printer
+ The Bay view rooms have an incredible view to the sea across the road. To best enjoy the view though you have to go into the balcony as the beds are not placed such that you can immediately see the sea from your bed.
+ Fridge/safety deposit box
+ Friendly and speedy room service
+ A/C

Improvement possibilities:
- there is no kettle/coffee-tea maker in the room
- there is therefore no cups or glasses in the room

Our stay was most pleasant and we were most satisfied with our choice and the location; Strongly recommended :)

Room Tip: Ask for higher floor rooms with Bay view.
