Amazing and great place to stay. Excellent breakfast freshly made personally and homemade. Friendly staff. Great value for the price it's cost. Great location near the sea, close to the Glyfada Center where you can find restaurants and shops. Bus stop is just few meters from the hotel, bus E22 and A2 will take you to the Center of Athens also there is the bus X96 which will take you to and from the airport. Tram station just 3 minutes away one of them going to the Syntagma and another to the ZEf, they are slower than buses but if you are not in hurry you gonna enjoy the trip with nice sea view. In the room you can find big fridge, AC, comfortable beds, private and comfortable shower and in the hotel there is a lift, the hotel was just opened from renovated, the reception is very nice and modern everything is new, the wifi is working everywhere with good speed, in the reception there is LCD tv with lots of channels, books about the Athens, some games for the kids, balconies in the room and in the reception. Compare with other hotels its the best place to stay! Wanna say big thanks to the staff for their great job and being all the time open and ready to help. From the hotel you can take the bus to the Vouliagmeni lake which will take just 10 minutes and spend a day there, it's also great experience, if you are traveling summer do not spend so much in the town, in vouala and Glyfada and Faliro you can spend better time. In front of the hotel on the sea side a lot of niCe bars nd restaurants , there is also private beach which cost 5€ for you. If you don't want to pay there is a lot of nature beaches where u also can spend a day.

Good location, very clean hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast. It is a very good choice for someone who wants to visit Athene's seaside. Generally we could say that the room was fairly priced. We were happy of our staying there, we will defenetely visit it again.

My son and I took the Athens TramSA to the end of the line for a beach day at Voula. Our plan was to then figure out a way to get to Sounio to experience the Temple of Poseidon. After waiting in blazing hot heat at a bus stop for a while I decided to hoof it to a hotel to ask directions and the closest was Minavra. As we approached, a young boy shouted out and what I assumed to be his father came out and asked us how he could help. I said we were trying to get to Cape Sounion and he graciously gave us detailed instructions for getting to the KTEL bus stop. I promised him that I would pass along the experience. My son and I hope to return to Greece. We absolutely fell in love with it during our visit.

The first time I have been completely misled by Tripadvisor reviews (admittedly only two)! How they could both give this hotel five stars is incomprehensible to me. After relying on inadequate directions from the hotel, we finally found it in order to be proudly allocated 'an entirely renovated room'. The room was very basic and freezing cold. Even after being left on permanently, the heater failed to raise the temperature above the just bearable. There was a bath, but we were told that we could not have a plug in case the water overflowed! Just below the room was a noisy four-lane highway. There are no cafes or restaurants nearby, and it is quite a walk to the nearest beach, which was anyway unappealing. Plus points: the owner was friendly, the breakfast was fairly priced, and the hotel was very clean. Above all, it was very cheap: 50 Euros a night for two with breakfast. Well, you get what you pay for, or in this case you don't get what you don't pay for. But if you want reasonably priced accommodation in Athens, then go to the splendid Centrotel instead - a few Euros more but so much nicer.

I stayed here with my boyfirend and my parents! and all i can really say is that it was supurb!
it was a family run hotel, and every one was so friendly. we arrived in Voula late one evening, and got a bit lost off the airport bus, so we rung the hotel, and the gentleman (bless) said he would call us a taxi to pick us up. we were stubbon and thought it was only down the road so thought we would walk. however we continued to get more lost, and had to ring up a number of times for him to give us directions. eventually we wandered past it, and the little chappy was waiting outside and came running to carry our luggage in.
he made sure we had sea front rooms.
the only thing - the lift only goes to 2nd floor and not the 3rd. but that was fine.
we decided to stay for three nights and then go for a few nights to peloponise and come back for the rest of the holiday. the manager offered to keep our suitcases in a locked room for the weekend while we were away to save us carrying them around. we were very grateful for that. then when we came back, although there was no guarentee that we would have the same rooms, the manager tried his best to give us a sea view. myself and my boyfriend got a room which was facing the back. and the manager offered us another room instead which faced the sea.
all in all, they were very accomodating!! the hotel is basic, i.e is hasnt got a swimming pool or a bar, but there is a kieosk on the corner of the road, which we went and got cheap drink from and drunk and played cards on the outdoor terrrace. they were fine with us doing that.
the rooms were cleaned everyday - including the sheets.
the tram stops literally outside the hotel and so does the bus to take you to voligmani beach (although Voula beach is opposite i recommend catching a bus further down the coast to volagmeni - which is a lovely beach, cheaper to get in and you dont have to pay for loungers or umbrellas) the trams take you to the centre also.
very well located and clean and just a great hotel, just a shame there arent lots of facilities, which is why its a 3 star and not 4.
