If you are in the south Attica area head to Glyfada and AMIGOS Mexican restaurant on Kyprou. Been eating here years and it gets better and better with new dishes added. Love the classic or frozen Margaritas, nachos, loaded skins, house salad, fajitas, and much more to choose from inc. steaks, burgers. Service is fast and attentive. Live Latin music and dancing if you like on Thursday nights. Open all day too! Children friendly. Great bar area in front, extensive garden at the back, parties also available. Set in a happening street right now!

It's not just the food that is excellent here, good value for money, lovely environment and the music... the music makes you want to dance! The super friendly staff make you feel like home.
Try the Amigos salad and the Fajitas and you won't be disappointed.

A company of five went to Amigos on a Thursday evening and enjoyed ourselves mostly because of the singing and dancing, instead of the food. The portions were large and tasty, but the heavy stomach that followed the next day showed too many spices and onions.
Nice margaritas though...

For starters, their food is not really Mexican. Most of the ingredients are there, but the kitchen somehow fails to put them together in a way that comes even close to real Mexican food.

The tortilla chips are obviously from a supermarket shelf, the salsa and guacamole are totally bland. Seems they've never heard of chillies, cilantro or limes..

It doesn't get any better with the main courses. Portions are big, but taste... Nada.

On the plus side, service is very friendly and fast.

But then comes the fat, spicy check and... well, it's just not worth it.
