“Loved this hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 16, 2011

Recently stayed at this hotel, rooms were renovated modern and comfortable. Air conditioning struggled a bit, but this should not take away from the overall stay. The hotel is central to the main shopping area and is very close to the beach. A big thank you to Dimitris who was so accommodating and always welcomed you with a big smile.
The breakfast was huge and cost Euro 5, great value and one of the better ones we had in Greece. When I'm back in Athens I definitely be staying here.

Stayed 4 nights. Non-fancy but freshly renovated and brilliant hotel, overall excellent quality. Upsides: simple but impeccable furniture in rooms, very good beds, all rooms have (i think) a balcony, excellent service, very helpful and efficient staff, small pool good for a late afternoon chill out. Downsides: no dry cleaning service, air conditioning not super efficient (still good enough to survive a greek heat wave, which can be - and was - over the top).
Would definitely go back.

Nothing to complain about the hotel with price 55 euros per night in Glyfada! The bed was comfortable, bathroom - ok. I liked my balcony with partial sea view. Minibar was full of different drinks, flat screen tv (russian channel, if someone is ineterested). A/C worked perefectly well! All you need.
Noise?! Who cares! You don't sleep when you in Glyfada :D Only during the day... Swimming pool is better not to try - quite old and not very clean. Though, there was mother with daughter from Sweden enjoying it a lot, excpet of going to the nice beach just around the corner.
I'd stay in this hotel again for 1-2 days while visiting my friends living in Athens :) Very good and safe location (important for me - far away from city center and all the demostrations).

Located near the famous night clubs is a little noisy. But other than that its the cheapest option you can have in glyfada. The room were renovated and are very modern and comfortable. Will go there again next time i visit athens that for sure.

Good hotel with great location. It should be noted that the 'executive rooms' are fully renovated and look great, but the 'economy rooms' only have the bathroom renovated. Pay the extra.
Great balcony, no issues with noice during our 4 night stay. We had issues with the AC not cooling enough the first night, buy when we turned the fan from hi to medium all was solved. I'd stay again.

I made my reservation direct with the hotel via email. Right from the beginning the communications were courteous and informative. I wanted to be assured I got one of the new refurbished rooms and they kindly sent me a photo of the room to help me with my choice as the photos had not been uploaded to their website at that time.

The rooms are calming, modern and airy and the beds are so comfortable. I have stayed in Greece before and generally rooms are basic with sheets and blankets on the bed. Sea View had lovely duvets and lots of pillows and the decor is upto date with flat screen tvs.

The reception area/bar/lounge/restaurant area is all together in one large room. The bar is small but adequate although whilst we were there it wasnt staffed so you had to organise your drinks via the receptionist on duty.

Breakfast was great. Plenty to eat, cereals, fresh fruit, canned fruit, greek yoghurt, fresh breads, meats, cheeses, hot pastries and 2 hot plates with either bacon, sausage and eggs on. I had a feast every day and didnt need to eat again until dinner time!

They have wifi throughout the hotel and its 15 euros for 24 hours. It was not made clear that you can use those 24 hours over a 2 week period, we thought it would be from a set time one day to the same time the day after. Its a great deal and well worth doing!

We specifically booked this hotel as my sister wanted somewhere with a pool. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool was closed and when we asked the receptionist he advised us that it was still considered a little early on in the year to have the pool open. This was never mentioned on the website or at the time of booking and my sister was clearly upset. After speaking with the manager he got onto it straight away and had the pool people come in and set everything up for us, we just had to wait a couple of days. We were so happy it was dealt with so quickly and efficiently.

I am surprised that no one actually mentioned in any of the reviews about how expensive the bars/restaurants are in this area. 8 euros for a pint of beer and a simple pub main meal was between 12 - 15euros. The area has many designer shops so would be ideal for people with money to spend. The nice beaches charge 6 euros per person to use their beds and umberellas but they are much nicer than the free beaches.

The hotel is across the road from a lovely private beach and the tram stop is really close by. Well i think thats covered everything.

Would just like to say thanks again to Nassos for making our stay so pleasant. The hotel is looking great.

Room Tip: ask for a refurbished room
