A little expensive but the best Pizza (try the Pizza Carpaccio e Tartufo) and Pasta (served excellent, tasty and al dente) outside of Italy! Friendly staff and situated in a rural part of Glyfada. Finished? Go next door for a nice after dinner cocktail...

Italian food is generally not a good choice in Athens. Basically it looks like a Greek student in Italy that couldn’t use his diploma remembers the great food he ate ther snd tries to make a restaurant out of it. And some others try to sale Italian food as high end restaurant food is if New York’s Del Posto has a branch in Glyfada.
But still, in Glyfada you can find a real Italian joint. Pecati is run by a second generation immigrant Italian family. The menu changes seasonally and it’s a mixture of classic dishes and things you can’t find easily. The ambient reminds me a trattoria in Central Italy, the house wine is good( but the wine list is too simple), it’s very kids friendly, not very cheap but 100% worth it.

Went with my husband and 2 children, and had an absolutely incredible meal. Called to make a reservation about an hour beforehand on a Saturday, and would recommend doing so. Ordered a Cesar salad, a bucatini carbonara pasta, and 2 pizzas (margarita and a pesto). The pasta was one of the best carbonates I have ever had, and the pizzas are similar to those in Naples and absolutely outstanding! The service was a bit on the slower side, but similar to elsewhere in Greece. Will happily return again if I am in Glyfada!

Booked a table for 6 2 weeks ago as my daughters always like this restaurant.
The owner who always remembers us welcomed us & we were taken to our table while it was packed!
Started with the Burratta with caramelized onions which was delicious & followed with 2 pizzas ( marguerite & spicy salami ) which never tasted that good!

For main my wife had the grilled salmon which was very good as usual while one daughter went for the black ink pasta with shrimps which is one of their best dishes!
Really excellent taste while the portion is also quite large.
I ordered the farfalle with ragout meat which was to die for while my other daughter had the steak with sauce which was succulently good!

For dessert we had the nutella pie as we always do which was delicious too. The service was very good & the waiters always ready to come up with your every demand wth a smile.
The price is not expensive taking in consideration the quality of the food served and the very professional service.
This is a restaurant never to miss if you like a good pizza or very good Italian food in a low profile atmosphere.

This venue has been around for quite some years and it remains one of the best ambassadors of Italian cuisine in Glyfada. The dishes have tons of flavour and speak of passion. Run by a lovely and charismatic Italian family, this restaurant has excellent true Italian food from simple to complex. The owners' deep knowledge and love for Italian food shows in every bite. The menu is broad and can satisfy every type of appetite. The pastas are fantastic. The pizzas are made in the fashion of Naples region and they are flavour dynamites. Try the tartufo carpaccio pizza and be amazed. :)
Prices are mid range while the dining experience is far above average. The location is lovely and the garden part is very cosy. The portions are relatively generous. Casual or festive for couples or groups.. This restaurant is a firework of flavor in the colors of the Italian flag.
