Pick up at 8 AM for Tikal, so at 7 we chose this one for breakfast. Near our hotel, open from 6.
At the end we had to run back to the hotel to leave on time. It took sooo long to make one waffles, one yoghurt with fruit and granola. I went asking for it, and it was already standing to be served.
When we had finished eating, they just started squeezing the oranges for our juices. We cancelled the two big juices and shared one small juice.

The breakfast itself was OK, just do not go when you're on a tight schedule.

We came here initially for breakfast and enjoyed it so much that we were back again for lunch.
For breakfast we both had a bowl of fruits with granola and yogurt (Q35 each). Portions were large and all tasted delicious.

For lunch I had the veggie burger (Q45) and my wife had the veggie Pannini (Q50).
Portions were very large and the food looked amazing. My burger was almost perfect, and could really do with a nice sauce inside it. The veggie burger was a bit over cooked as well.

The Pannini was meant to come with pesto and spinach (according to the menu) but didn't, so we had to ask them to add it after we received the dish. It could also do with a bit of sauce.

Atmosphere (music and design) is very pleasant and the view of the lake is beautiful.

Also staff members are very friendly.

Overall, I would come back here again.

We were drawn in by the mellow reggae music and eccentric but clever design of the place. It didn't jump out at you from the street, but rather took some observing to see the humble artistic touch they added to the place.

The wait between ordering even drinks was very long, that was our only issue. Sticking my head inside to check on drinks, though, I saw our waitress making the drinks, so maybe they were short staffed.

When the drinks and food did come, however, we were blown away. The spinach/ginger/lime/mint juice was exceptional, and the falafel and fries were very well seasoned, cooked, and flavorful.

For those who like creative ethnic food, definitely visit San Telmo!

Best pizza on the island. Prices are high but Flores isn't generally cheap. Worth a visit for the view alone.

Sitting on the west side of the island for sunset is picture perfect at this beautiful restaurant, couple it with great food makes for a awesome days end. Plus the coffee is the best and the cheese cake is awesome!
