This is a great location and a great restaurant atmosphere. Very laid back (sometimes too laid back; e.g., when you want another beverage) but a good vibe. Frequented by travelers with whom stories are exchanged. Two for one happy hour before 6 pm. Dinner was pretty good. BBQ ribs were not like anything in Kansas City but, for where we were, they were quite good. The mixed meat plate recommended in other reviews was just ok. The refried black beans were very nice, particularly with the salsa served with the mixed meat plate. Overall, very good experience. I'd go back.
