What a charming hotel. Stayed here for 4 night in March. I had a well appointed room overlooking the street that for some reason had two double beds, but never mind. The beds were very comfy and the room was quiet. The room had shutters so I could black out all light which was just what I needed after a long bus trip from Mexico. There's a nice restaurant downstairs where you can get a latte (order a cappuccino) and pretty good breakfast (not included in price of the room), and there's wifi in the lobby area which is small, comfortable and usually pretty quiet. They'll bring you a latte there if you ask. The staff are young and in some cases inexperienced but always eager to please. From what I saw, this hotel does not offer a tour and travel service, but there is an excellent travel desk at Los Amigos Hostel a five minute walk away.
