Description: WE are a French inspired Bistro serving a fine menu variety of fresh seafood, steaks and other wonderful dishes. We are located in Adriatica Village. Gregory was born, raised and went to culinary school in France so you will feel as if you have been transported into the heart of Paris with fresh French food, delicious wines (and warm southern hospitality thrown in) to accompany your meal!!!

This restaurant is amazing and charming in so many ways. The food is possibly the best preparation I have ever had. We didn't bring any wine and it was still amazing. They have the option of letting you tell them what wine you are drinking and they tailor a meal to go with it. Very creative, we can't wait to go back. It is a little expensive but actually a decent amount cheaper than other fine dining options.

We have enjoyed visiting this fine establishment since they opened. The hostess (Gregory's wife) welcomes into the French country style atmosphere and the waitstaff (that has been with them consistently over the years) are all professional. This is all to say the most important asset they have is the chef's variety and creativity. Better quisine is hard to find at any price.

My husband and I have eaten here several times for dinner. Also, I have taken clients here for lunch. The food is pretty good and we love the fact that we can bring our own wine. The wait staff is a little over-the-top and tries to act like this is some fancy place in NYC. The waitress constantly says the "THE CHEF" said this , or that and "THE CHEF" designed this recipe and " THE CHEF" is so wonderful and "THE CHEF" enjoys preparing this dish....and so on...and so on... The waitress is over wieght and looks like she should be working in a Dairy Queen and not a nice family owned French style restaurant. We stopped going here because of the obnoxious wait staff...sure loved the food and miss it!

My wife and I have been to Gregory's four or five times, and it has been exceptional each time. We highly recommend the option where you let Gregory create the courses for you based on your likes/dislikes and your choice of wine. Always wonderful are the scallops, filet, unique salads, creme brûlée, and bread pudding. Reservations are needed, as it is a small, romantic place.
