We stayed in Marfa for a week recently and stopped in at Jett's Grill for a drink after dining at Maiya's. We enjoyed the friendly bartender and the nice conversation with others sitting at the bar and decided to try Jett's for dinner a couple of nights later. The service was good. Even though our waiter was new at the job, he did fine. But the food was another story. I ordered the Chiles Rellenos and thought they were okay although a bit bland. My husband had the Pistachio Fried Steak. It was much like chicken fried steak. His came covered with not quite hot gravy that he ended up scraping off because it was rather gelatinous. It is entirely possible that we just didn't order the right things, but I wouldn't go back to Jett's Grill for dinner. However, the bar is very nice and the service was good.
