This place is okay for Lubbock....but they increase the prices so much. The tiny torte which is about the size of a small slice of pie is about $10. The $15 brie/bread only has 6 pieces of bread and a tiny wedge of brie. It is ridiculous. Also, watch out for cover. We sat down at 7 for dinner. After spending close to $100 on wine, apps, and dessert, we got the bill and $16 was added ($8 for each of us) for cover. They never told us there would be cover when we sat down. When we asked about this, they said cover began at 8, and since we were seated, they add it to the tab. WITHOUT TELLING US! I spoke with the manager and she didn't do anything about it. We gave the waitress no tip, and will NEVER return.

what a fun evening; I began with the Mediterranean Salad of spring greens & feta W/ a pile of spanish mixed olives. Then I went on to the sardinas - picture a swirly shell with sardines swimming in line on a lazy river of olive oil & roasted garlic. DELISH! One waitress that managed to serve, bus tables + open wines, polish glasses & dress up the desserts. We felt like we were in Europe. We opted for a non-music night - but everytime we've visited it has been truely special.

I love wine, and this is the perfect place for me. It's usually filled with customers, a quick wait staff, and a grooving band. Laid back, but still amazingly fun. The tapas are great, especially the desserts. Get the Sangria - it's great! Be sure to ask for no ice though, because you might get it a bit watery.

Best in the Depot!
