We thought the BBQ itself was pretty decent, though we've had better. This is definitely a place where the flavor is not so much in the meat itself, as the sauce you eat it with. You order by weight, a la carte style (where you order each item you want) and then take your food wherever you like on long tables shared with other people - but it's not so crowded or noisy that you can't keep to yourself if you want to. This arrangement is nice because there is no pressure for you to leave - there is no wait staff.
