“Good for Lubbock, Poor compared to other similar museums we've visited.”

This place has great potential and it is good to visit when in Lubbock. However it falls short of what other similar types of museums are like in other cities like Explora in Albuquerque (absolutely top notch) and Denver. I wish the people who run it would take more care and continuously improve the place.

My niece loves this place but to be honest everytime we are there one more thing is not working. Seems like when it was new it would have be awesome but seems alittle run down.

I love to play with all the science gizmos! This is a hands-on experience that the kids will love. The Omnimax movies are also an interesting experience.

This is a great hands-on experience of fun for the family! Come early and plan for all day! Start out walking all thrugh the museum. Then take a break at the snack shop there for lunch. Relax while you watch a movie at their attached Omnimax (better than IMAX) and then walk some more in the museum! Great day!

We spent a few hours one afternoon at the museum with our 4 and 6 year olds. They enjoyed every minute of the museum despite some of the science being above their comprehension levels. We did see the Rocky Mountain Express at their Imax theatre, and we all enjoyed it. It's obvious that there are some upgrades and remodeling going on, but there's plenty to explore and see!
