We thought the beds were above-average - not ultra-soft, but soft enough to be comfortable. Our room was clean and well-appointed, and it was well-insulated from adjoining room & hallway noise.
The breakfast was decent, but typical "continental" fare with the only hot food being waffles, and biscuits & gravy; so if you are trying to do low-carb, you won't find any good options. We thought perhaps the breakfast could have been better-attended, since bananas tended to run out early, and the waffle batter also ran out just before the 9am cutoff.
All told, though, we were happy with our stay and pleased with the hotel & location.More
