Thank you for taking the time to write our hotel such a candid review. With these surveys, it allows our hotel and team know how we are doing and how we should maintain, or if necessary, correct the guest experience we provide.
Here at the Homewood Suites, we have two elevators on property. One located in the front of the hotel by our lounge area, and one located in the rear of the hotel, for all guest who like their privacy in the back. Our hotel recently finished a 4 month renovation which includes some great features, such as brand new beds, furniture, room decor, etc... It saddens me to know that you were not happy with the style choice of the furniture. As a Hilton brand hotel, we must follow strict guidelines when purchasing furniture and ensure they are elevated pieces for our guests.
