From check-in to check-in and was a very pleasant experience. Desk personnel (Trent & Beverly) were especially attentive and helpful. The room was huge, especially for one person, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the TV that did not require an engineering degree to operate and allowed me to find news & weather channels to help me prepare for my day.More
Nice clean, and spacious Room. Very nice Modern décor. Would have given a 5, but the commode tank had this dripping sound all night (must not be any drought in this town) and there was a little chunk out of one of the wall corners. The dripping didn't really bother me, but for some people it could. The sad part about it all was that this was the same room I stayed in a few months earlier...with the same issues. These are petty things I know, but when it comes to rating, I see a 5 as the perfect room. A room with a spot free floor, (which this one had) and furniture (which this one did not, but just a couple minor ones) and a room that is clean and inviting (which this one was). But all in all, I would do it all again, but in another room maybe : ]

Had a very large handicapped king room. Extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. Good breakfast in the morning and one free drink in the evening. Very impressed with room. Would stay again. Good location right off freeway.

GETS 0 FOR CLEAN!!! Sadly this hotel has gone downhill over past few year's. NOW HEALTH HAZARD. SHOWER AND CURTAIN fungus
Tolit black fungus under rim and
Slimy bowl. Corners and under furniture not cleaned for year's. Handicap shower seat hanging off wall screws sticking out. I have stayed here for year's when in Lubbock for medical or fun But NEVER again. SCARED what is growing in there. Please don't expose yourself or especialy your children to this place. Will post disgusting pictures.
