We stopped for dinner here while on a road trip. It was surprisingly busy for a weekday night, which was encouraging. The service was very prompt and attentive. The decor is nicely done with a Tex-Mex theme. Food was good, and we finished it all, but I wouldn't put it up against a restaurant in a big town. Prices were average ($7-10 for a typical dinner entree). As others have said, keep in mind this is a cash-only establishment: no plastic, no checks. They do have an ATM inside though...not sure what the fee is.

We have been eating at Alfredo's since they opened. They changed locations and many loyal customers followed to the new establishment. The owner is very friendly, the service is good and the food is wonderful, especially the fajitas. A great place to dine or for carry out!

We had a great meal here last night. Since there were 14 of us they accepted a reservation (normally not their policy). We were all seated on a long table in a room designed for large groups. We tried a wide variety of entrees including fajitas, enchiladas, renellos, quesadilla, and burritos and every dish was delicious. It is BYOB and we brought 2 bottles of wine which they accommodated with glasses and an opener. Our total bill including tip was less than $200 making it a very economical yet delicious meal.

I have been eating at Alfredo's since they opened before they moved to their current location. It is so good, there is a reason they are always busy. The service can be slow but the food really is very good. Their Fajita's are the best! If you don't know what to try, get the flag plate and try a little bit of each enchilada. There is something for everybody and you won't leave hungry. I recommend for everybody to go here, I drive 20 miles each way to eat here.

Though the restaurant is tucked away on the way out of town on Hwy. 281, it is a great place to eat. From the excellent service to the great food and served just like you want it. Friendly atmosphere and have an outside area that overlooks the creek for a serene setting! The only downfall is they don't take credit cards or checks so you need to have cash in hand or use the atm they have.
