Well, you know we had a great time too, enjoying your company out by the river - you three brought rare sunshine our way ... and then it left and hasn't been seen since, darn it. Keep in touch, my dears; I'll be thinking of you all with a smile.
Ideal location for exploring the valley's and Brecon area. great deal to do and see, Bird watching, walks, River near by, fantastic for great retreat.
Food was delicious, Pam and Glen were fantastic hosts, made us both feel very welcome.
Hi and thanks for your kind and lovely review; only sorry it's been a while before I've got round to acknowledging it (a busy - and wet! - summer). We're glad you enjoyed your stay and always delighted to hear that people felt comfortable here, it's what we want for you . All the best, look us up if you're passing again some time.
What a lovely quaint, quirky b&b !! we found Pam and Glen most helpful with activities, the breakfasts we had were absolutely scrumptious, and the accommodation was gorgeous, felt totally at home, a warm and friendly welcome, no problem was too much trouble.
The settings were fabulous, next to a gorgeous river, and in the midst of hills and valleys, recommended a fantastic local pub, which the food was stunning and we received a lovely warm welcome there also.
If it a quite rural setting your require, and want to get away from the rat race, this is the perfect place to go. loved it !
Really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend this beautiful b&b to anyone.
Well thank you for this great review, and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. Breaking news: that pub now has a new chef and apparently he's even more fab... any excuse is a good excuse I think... Take care, and see you again one day soon, I hope.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. It is situated just at the edge of Brecon Beacons National Park. Ideal for nature lovers. Glen and Pam are very friendly and caring. Pam made cooked breakfast and we tried her handmade conserves. You would feel as if you are home. Nice place and nice people.
Hi there and thanks for your kind and positive review! We still remember your poetic praise of the jam at breakfast, with a smile. Hope you are still enjoying travelling around and that everything is going well for you all.
They say the grass is always greener. Well it would be hard to get better than this B&B. Pam & Glen are the nicest people and best hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. They even took time to drive us to the local pub so we could have a few drinks and dinner! The setting is beautiful next to a mountain river, with stunning local birdlife and lovely scenery. Couldn't fault the joint. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Look forward to coming back one day.
Thanks so much for this lovely review; you were great fun, and it was a pleasure to have you stay. Hope the return to work wasn't too traumatic and do let us know next time you're over this side of the planet, it'd be great to catch up again.
Thanks to Pam and Glen for allowing us as a family to share their unique home for the weekend. Deliciously prepared breakfast, particularly the home made bread and conserves. Very pleasant scenery, specially the views of the River Tawe from the bedroom. Thanks from Isaac for the use of the cot.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this lovely review for us, and not forgetting your poem, which is a delighful idea and made us feel quite special. Hope all the family are still well and that bread recipe I sent across works; I must say I've got into the 'handful of this, handful of that' habit... We guess that Isaac is keeping you all very busy now, but if you get time to call back this way it'd be a delight to see you again. All the best and thanks.
