They've been open for well over 25 years and I don't think they've changed a bit, except for the better. It's food like your mom would make you for lunch - quiches, sandwiches cut in triangles, pretty little salads (always with cheese and ranch dressing, no choices, it seems, but it's a good salad as it is), chicken spaghetti, flavored teas. Ambiance could use work, especially in such a charming location, but it's ok.
And there is one dessert, that.. I've been unable to catch on the menu .. that is simply marvelous - they don't serve it often because they tell me it takes 2 days to make. I can't describe it well, except it's raspberry with custard, and a light crust. .and it melts in your mouth. They call it "Mother's Angel Kiss". I wish I could find an app for my smart phone to let me know when it's available, hahah .It's that good.
