Spykes is one of those "hole in the wall" barbeque places it's pleasant to run across. Nothing fancy, no big pit at the entrance and limited parking, but inside Spyke serves up some very tasty 'que. The brisket was very moist and tender as were the pork ribs. The sausage however left a greasy after taste. The chicken was also very moist and tender, but not much smoke. Sides are serve yourself, I only tried the slaw and it was ok. I liked the sauce, sweet yet tangy. Prices are very fair.
