“So much more than frozen yogurt”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 25, 2014

Debbie and staff will surely d'lite you at this restaurant with so much more. The casual atmosphere, the super fresh food, the corner art gallery, the fresh homemade bread, and the frequent surprise additions to the menu are great reasons to visit this cozy downtown Kilgore centerpiece. Just around the corner from the famous World's Richest Acre oil derrick display and in the middle of the revitalized Kilgore down tone zone, this restaurant will keep you coming back. You might find yourself returning for special home cooked desserts and listening to some live music one evening. You might be coming back to see what is new in painting, photographs, and pottery in the art gallery. Or you might just need another overstuffed giant baked potato. Whatever your personal reason, you'll be back!

“Wraps, Baked Tater & Yougurt!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2014

Everything is made fresh! You can see your sandwich or wrap or whatever being made in the kitchen. The whole place is very clean. The menu is not extensive but all of the sandwiches and salads are excellent. The baked potato is HUGE!!! They will give you extra sour cream, cheese or butter on request. Then after you are totally stuffed, dive into the yougurt and your choice of toppings. The yougurt bar is excellent. Lots of choices. Charged by the ounce, it is hard not to go overboard because all of it is so good.

“Family owned and operated”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 6, 2014

Downtown D'Lites is a Christian family owned and operated business. This is a great place to visit for yogurt, made from scratch meals, free wifi, and other goodies. They're located in downtown Kilgore and I hope they are here to stay. Many of the businesses in our small downtown go out of business but I hope this won't be the case for them. The staff here are very friendly and make you feel welcome. They have great weekday specials that are all made from scratch. They also have gluten free options. They provide a variety of baked potato toppings, sandwiches made with homemade bread (so good!), salads, soups, and yogurt. This truly is a great place to patronize.

“Stopped in for the frozen yogurt after dinner.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 23, 2014

We usually stop a D'Lites for frozen yogurt after dinner out. I hear they serve dinner but it isn't exactly set up as a restaurant. The space has some small tables in front of the self serve yogurt machines. Toward the back you'll find the small condiment bar for the toppings and the check out station. The yogurt is always good, but in my mind it is misleading labeling this as the best restaurant in Kilgore. Although there isn't an overabundance of eateries in downtown, there are places that offer a more traditional dining experience. Go out to eat, and then stop by here for dessert.

“Great lunch and treat stop!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 20, 2014 via mobile

We have always enjoyed frozen yogurt and the toppings bar! They now have two flavors of Girl Scout cookies to add to the yogurt as well. I have had the panini lunch special several times, and it's a great value and wonderfully homemade too. The bread is fantastic as are the pickles!
